Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Sebastián de los Reyes

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. Accommodation near a metro station and 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. Accommodation located in a quiet area and with a small shopping center and restaurants nearby. Also an ideal park for families and children. Spacious and pleasant accommodation with the patio. Only problem is no free parking if you are driving. I highly recommend this listing and Juan who is a very responsive host and with valuable advice.

I had such an incredible stay! Even in the heart of the city, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I loved the outside terrace. Honestly it's the best place I've ever stayed in Madrid! I am looking forward to going back! Highly recommend! You can tell it is furnished and taken care of with love.

The apartment was very practical for us, we arrived easily and we were able to keep the car throughout the stay since the connection with the center is very good with the subway. Everything was right, clean and ready to use, with lots of kitchenware. A pleasant atmosphere thanks to the heating that worked perfectly. We didn't use it because of the weather, but we saw that it also had air conditioning on both floors. It has a terrace that would have been great, but the weather was not good and the rain prevented us from using it. I think it's important to note that not all the windows have blinds, so light comes in at dawn. This, depending on your taste, can be a point for or against, but I think it's important to know.

The unit was in a great location! It was very walkable to numerous restaurants, city attractions, and the Metro. The unit was as described and clean when we arrived. Clara was very responsive and provided helpful maps and local recommendations. I would recommend this host and unit for future stays.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

It was a wonderful place to explore the region. We were even able to go for a trail run straight from the apartment up to El Yelmo. Would repeat!

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people.
