Apartment vacation rentals in San Sai District

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had so far—especially as a digital nomad. The place has a unique vibe, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive; they handled every request with care. The gym was excellent—had some solid workouts there. Location is spot-on, right between Nimman and Maya Mall. The balcony also offers a great view, perfect for relaxing.

It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

Great place and highly recommended. Walkable to Maya Shopping Centre and to Nimman. Also close to the Walled City

Really enjoyed this stay, it's a really good location and a well maintained Condominium building with a fantastic pool, lots of parking. 7/11 just outside and a coffee shop with a 5 minutes walk to Central Festival made this ideal base for our trip to visit relatives in Chiang Mai. Annie is an amazing host and a lovely person, thank you krap

We had such a lovely stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in slightly early. The place was clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to many cafes/restaurants, whilst being quiet and peaceful.

Cyril and his wife have a nice place in a fantastic location that is walkable to most parts of the city but still a quiet escape when you need to recharge. Cyril is a great host that is super responsive

Incredible place for what you pay.

Loved our stay! The apartment is spacious with great natural light. The master bedroom was super dark and the bed is really comfortable. Plane noise was not a big deal at all. We loved the coffee shop downstairs and the restaurant down the road (Charoenlaab or something like that!) has delicious Northern Thai food. Nimman is a quick walk away, and there are lots of cute little coffee shops within walking distance.

This condo was a perfect for myself and my fiancé during our 4 night stay in Chiang Mai. It truly checks off every box and exceeded our expectations. Guillaume was such a wonderful host and this listing is everything and more. Check in and check out was stress free and very easy to find. Guillaume was so responsive for any inquiries we had. After check-in, he offered so many great local recommendations for food, entertainment, shopping, massages and bike rental. The location is just a quick 13 min walk to the heart of nimman, which was perfect for us. There is a lot of parking for your bike which was essential too. All of the residents in the building were very friendly as well. The view was spectacular!! The sunsets are stunning and added so much beauty to this unit. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Chiang Mai. Thanks again Guillaume!!

한달을 이곳에 머물렀음. 친절하고 대응 빠른 호스트, 저렴한 가격, 숙소인근 마트과 로컬 식당이 줄지어 있음. 최고의 숙소. 강추. 숙소는 사진과 같았으며, 막상 방문해보니 상당히 넓었음. 침대는 컸으며, 쇼파와 TV 관람 공간도 넓었음. 부엌도 큼. 숙소 상태는 소개된 사진과 똑같기에 사진 참조. 숙소 주위 환경을 알려드림. 이 숙소는 큰 멘션 건물옆 독채로 된 곳에 있음. 매일 밤에는 1층에 경비원이 아침까지 당직 근무를 서고, 아침에는 매일 관리하시는 분이 건물 청소하심. 이 숙소 위치는 치앙마이 대학 정문까지 걸어서 15분정도. 또 숙소 담장 바로 넘어 Rajamangala 대학위치함. 즉, 대학가에 한가운데 있는 숙소임. 별채옆 메인 콘도에는 대부분 학생들이 거주. 숙소 근처에는 로컬 식당이 줄지어 있고, 숙소 바로 앞 1분 거리 세븐 일레븐, 5분 거리에 Lotus Fresh 마트가 있고, 10분 큰 길쪽으로는 시장도 있음. 대학생 기숙사 한가운데 위치한 느낌. 주위에는 대부분 학생들임. 따라서 저렴하고 맛난 숙소가 정말 많음. 단점이라면, 치앙마이 특성상 큰길로 나갈때 인도가 없기에 오토바이나 차는 잘 보고 다녀야함. 비행기 소리 가끔 들리나 익숙해지면 무덤덤해짐. 밤과 아침에 근처 개들이 하울링하는 소리가 들림. 금요일 저녁에는 담너머 대학 체육관에서 공연 소리 들을 수 있음. 저렴하고 넓은 숙소, 대학가의 밝은 분위기, 수많은 로컬 식당과 마트. 매일밤마다 당직을 서는 관리임. 쾌적하고 넓고, 환경 좋은 강추 숙소.

숙소가 쾌적하고 침구가 편안했어요! 16일간 머물렀는데 샤워기 필터를 한 개 밖에 안썼어요. 비교적 다른곳보다 물이 깨끗했고 조리도구가 있어 편안했습니다. 추천합니다! 잘 쉬었습니다!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Best value for money in Chiang Mai I believe. There is everything in the vicinity. The premise has swimming pool, great gym and in the vicinity there is bunch of good food options and massage parlours.

Had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was so great and close to everything. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

별점 6개가 있으면 드리고 싶을 정도로 만족스럽습니다:) 체크인 과정부터 체크아웃까지 모든과정에서 친절함과 신속함으로 응대해주셨고 숙소 역시 청결하고 사진과 정확히 같았습니다. 침대는 포근하고 푹신했으며 침구역시 깔끔하고 좋은향기가 났습니다❤️ 입실하는 순간부터 숙소에서는 좋은 향기가 나요!! 입지요건은 말할것도 없이 좋아 번화가에서 신나는 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다. 숙소의 냉장고 성능까지 좋아 정말 시원한 물과 맥주를 충분히 마실 수 있었고 호스트께서는 여분의 생수와 생필품까지 충분히 준비해 주셨어요. 와이파이 연결도 불편함이 없었고 모든것이 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 공간이 넓어 두사람이 지내는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 청소도구도 준비되어있어 청결을 유지할 수 있었고 세탁세제와 주방용품도 충분히 비치가 되어 있어 불편함이 전혀없었습니다. 너무나 집처럼 안락하고 편안해 더 연장하고 싶었지만 뒤에 예약이있어 연장을 못해 오히려 아쉬웠습니다. 행복한 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 오면 꼭 다시 들를 예정입니다. 이번엔 3주이상 미리 예약을 해야겠어요. 다음에 꼭 다시봐요🙏💕

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄
