Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Place is beautiful and clean. Honestly a pretty good deal considering the view and the private pool. Beds were comfy, all appliances were functional, and caretakers were very kind and accommodating. The billiards table and the board games added a lot of fun to our stay too. Would recommend 100%.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The place is very welcoming and very clean upon arrival. Also, they have complete sets of cooking wares, utensils and other things needed in a staycation. I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. I recommended this place and will definitely visit again soon. ☺️

I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.
