Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Romano in Garfagnana

Wow! What a find! Serena checked us in to this perfect little oasis in Lucca. So MANY extra little touches like great snacks and drinks available, bikes to ride, and sweetly tied linens in a ribbon. Serena was very communicative and gave clear directions about where to leave our car and what to look for in restaurants. Such a perfect spot and very reasonably priced. Ciao!

Absolutely perfect, peaceful and very well located in the region.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious Airbnb. It comes with everything you can think of like laundry soap, arrangement of spices and food containers in the kitchen. It is the attention to detail and the responsiveness from Andrea that sets it apart. Very central location and a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb.

We found the apartment as it was described in the photos, very clean and nothing was missing. Very close to the beach and the host also advised us on the bathroom to go to: the abetone, very comfortable. We found very kind and helpful people, we also ate in their restaurant on the beach and ate very well. Good and still good, keep it up. Paola and Giorgio.

We loved our stay at Brian’s place which we found to be super spacious & styley & had everything we needed including super comfy beds. Lerici was a great base to explore the area from, including Cinque Terre, whilst offering plenty to do & enjoy right at the bottom of the pathway. Quiet with an unbelievable view. Perfect for 4 people & highly recommend on all fronts. Many thanks Brian :-)

What a great place! Would highly recommend. The apartment is really well equipped & has lots of extras (tea, coffee, wine, beer, snacks) It’s a short walk into the walled city of Lucca which is beautiful & has a wide range of bars & restaurants. It’s also next to the railway station so makes visiting Pisa & Florence really easy if you want to use the train. We had a hire car so the secure parking space was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Wonderful house, stunning view and garden and very equipped house + outdoor kitchen. Love it.

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

You can’t beat this location - so central in the historic city with the walls located close by to enjoy a gorgeous shaded walk. Everything is walking distance - from the free parking area nearby to the train station. Excellent shops and eating right outside the front door. Eliane and Christiano were fabulous hosts and we would love to visit again in the future.

Great location in a charming city. The apartment was on a quiet street but were minutes from all the local sites, restaurants and shopping. The place had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our 5 guests. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was responsive.

Perfect spot to explore Lucca from. Inside the walls but quiet, spacious and comfortable, close to everything. Paola checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything... Mrs. Sabrina is always very helpful... apartment in a very convenient area to go to the center of Florence... central station 50 meters from the apartment with a huge and free parking lot next to the station... we will definitely return!!!

Guido was such an understanding and responsive host, he even waited for us when we checked in late due to the train strikes! The accommodation was very convenient and spacious , tidy as well!
