Sando's place is located in a quiet spot with easy access, super clean and super well equipped tracks. In addition, Sando provides small, great welcome details that are super appreciable. Super communicative, always providing clear instructions and beautiful tips for a pleasant stay. If we return to Monterrey, we would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in dozens of places in my visits to monterrey and if you come from outside the country it is the best thing you can do to stay here private residential fracc,sure to leave recording equipment of 10 thousand dollars with all the confidence,the host responds quickly, clarifies all doubts there are no faults in the comfortable bed house 3 bathrooms that if you go in a group of people is ideal the entire house with important climate in Monterrey all the amenities to cook and the most important grill for the roasted meat and the detail of the source for the sound of the water ideal to relax, two spaces for car and if you are going to uber for the festivals 300 to 400 pesos to get to the house. If you come from the United States, hire this option immediately.

Excellent location! Everything is super nearby! A supermarket next door and a movie theater too! Place was super safe too. Security to get into the property and to the building too. The host was super proactive to help us find the place and to get in. Definitely worth the stay!
