Monthly Rentals in San Pancho

I had an awesome time in San Pancho! The apartment was perfectly located, quiet and just a 15 minute walk down beautiful, picturesque streets to the beach. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The rooftop patio is a great spot to have a beer and take in the sunset. Brady and Alicia were great hosts! Super accommodating and very informative. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Bungalow Lolita! The location is amazing, just a few steps from the beach, and about a 15 minute walk from the town. With its spacious bedroom and bathroom, the bungalow itself is ideal for a couple. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and living area, and spent some time there simply listening to the sound of the waves. The small plunge pool was also very appreciated after spending the day on the beach! We definitely recommend this place!

Exactly as described, very close to the beach and everything you need. Everything you need to cook and live like a local. Soya is very polite and responsive. Very easy to check in. We loved this hidden gem, look forward to staying again!

This home was perfect for our family of four spending 5 nights in San Pancho! The space is efficient with plenty of outside space--backyard with a table + chairs and a small pool (former hot tub), rooftop with lots of shade, dishes + sink + mini-fridge, dining table, hammock, and two lounge chairs. The kitchen has dishes/drinkware, pots/pans, 4-stove burner, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker + grinder. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin-sized sleeper that rolls out (bed in one room and a foam thing in the other). The shower is spacious with a stone-paved floor (no slipping)--big enough to shower two kids at once after a trip to the beach or playing in the pool. There are beach chairs + umbrella, plus extra Turkish-style towels. No working space inside if you want to work remotely. Close to some restaurants and a park, a bit of a walk to the happening part of town and beach, so it's quiet near the house. Cleaning midweek. Host and property manager very responsive
