Modern condo with 2 king size beds, 2 bathrooms and parking. Oceanfront terrace 27' X 13' amazing ocean view. Rooftop terrace has pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and a bar. Lower level has 2 pools, a great gym, massage room, a restaurant and a bar. Near Los Muertos Beach and restaurants. Quiet, secure . Beautiful brand new building with five star amenities. Rooftop terrace, great pools, complete gym, Walking distance to everything, great staff all year round. A Security Deposit of $5,000 pesos will be charge on your credit card for restaurant and bar bills and will be cancel if you did not charge anything to the unit during your stay. Guest can use all 3 pools, gym , massage room, fire pit on the rooftop and on the lower level. We include housekeeping before your arrival and when you leave. A property manager will meet you at your arrival, show you the unit and the building and give you an entry code and answer any questions you might have. He will be your contact person for any problem regarding the unit. At Sayan Beach we have a concierge who can book for you :restaurant, show, tours, boat etc Walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, the malecon and a lot of shopping. You are also right on the beach. Guest can use all 3 pools, gym , massage room, fire pit on the rooftop and on the lower level. We include housekeeping before your arrival and when you leave. I am always available by email but for any problem PVRPV, my property management team in Puerto Vallarta can help you fix any problem regarding the unit and much more. The apartment is set in a beachfront building with a shared poolside terrace with a restaurant and bars. Art galleries, shops, restaurants, and the Malecon are all within walking distance. The Mirador Cerro de La Cruz observation deck is nearby. The taxi ride from the airport is a fix price, you have to buy your ride at any counters inside the terminal building. The address is : Calle Santa Barbara 466, unit 2C Sayan Beach condo, Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta 48399 At any time the security guard at the entrance can call you a taxi, they are very cheap in town, you can also use Uber in Puerto Vallarta If you order room service you must clean the dishes and return it to the restaurant or call them to pick it up. DO NOT PUT DISHES ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE UNIT.

This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Vibrant Ocean View Villa with Infinity Pool

Casa Saturno provides a very unique experience to all our guests. Its design and style have both the open air feel of a tropical home and all the luxury of a high end villa. The house is low key yet sophisticated and very spacious. Every guests has private terraces or balconies to enjoy the ocean views and the breezes, the common spaces are very open and connected to the pool and totally elegant yet cozy. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, large closet space, sitting areas, personal safes. The house and pool are fully accessible and totally private and exclusive to the renters. Our manager is available to assist you as needed during your full stay. He lives nearby and is extremely attentive and unobtrusive. Gringo Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sayulita, just above the main Plaza. The house is extremely convenient and close to everything. The neighborhood is lovely and full of amazing tropical vegetation, beautiful homes, iguanas, and birds. You can walk from our house anywhere you want in Sayulita as well as the beach but if you prefer we an also reserve golf carts for your group. We can help you with reserving your car service to and from the Puerto Vallarta airport, golf cart rental, reservation of various activities, an in house cook and anything else to make your vacation special.
