This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Being fans of nature and sports, whether hiking, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, kite or windsurfing, we didn't know very well where to settle, whether next to the Atlantic Ocean or on the contrary near the forest crown in the foothills of Teide. In our search we came across San Miguel, a small town with a lot of charm, away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the amenities at your fingertips. Now with perspective we are sure we have found the perfect balance.

The property has fruit trees and organic vegetables. In Fincalaespiral, there are two more houses VV Verode and VV Sofia, with all the amenities such as parking, wifi, smart TV, Netflix, etc.
