Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

A lovely oasis and very helpful host. Best to drive a 4 wheel vehicle as the unmade roads are a challenge.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Excellent! It's just as seen in the photos and better. We spent a month at Nicolas' house, it has all the amenities and is in a very quiet area. Nicolas is very friendly and was always attentive. We'll be back!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Excellent service and Axel is willing to do anything. The apartment, which is more like a small house in a PH, is super spacious, clean and tidy. You enjoy privacy and tranquility. The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. I am fascinated and I will definitely choose it again.
