Monthly Rentals in San-Martino-di-Lota

The apartment was nice, clean, and just as described and seen in the pictures. We were two couples and it was perfect for us with the two bedrooms with their separate attached bathrooms. The view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast on the balcony with some Baguettes from a really nice bakery nearby was perfect to start the day. A really nice pebble beach is around 10 minutes walking distance and several other beaches are in driving distance. Perfect starting point for day trips around Bastia and for hiking trips in northern Corsica, but not much in walking distance, so I would really recommend having a car. Stephen & Françoise were quick to respond and were glad to give recommendations. Overall we can only recommend a stay here. We had a great time exploring Corsica from here :)

New apartment perfectly equipped in a quiet area. Pleasant terrace with superb sea view. Nat had informed us perfectly about the possible activities in Cap Corse and Bastia. Access to the basement parking is "athletic" because of the steep slope, fortunately there are a few spaces in front of the residence.

Our time at the villa in Bastia was simply wonderful. The villa is beautiful and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, in a quiet area with stunning views of the sea. The house is tastefully furnished, spacious, and very clean. The garden and pool area are perfect for relaxing, and the proximity to beaches and restaurants is ideal. It’s also worth mentioning that the villa is an excellent starting point for road cycling tours. The surrounding area offers diverse routes and beautiful landscapes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

For a first stay in Corsica, Laurence contributed greatly to making everything perfect. Very responsive, very welcoming and good advice every time I asked, from booking to checkout. Thank you again for all the attention both on arrival and departure! The accommodation is absolutely as advertised and in the photos, we still miss the magnificent sea views from all the rooms... The apartment located along the road that leads to the Cape is of course very busy but the effort made on sound insulation is remarkable, we were in absolute calm once the patio doors were closed. As for the amenities, everything is there, we didn't want for anything (crockery, linen / toilet / bed, appliances) and the air conditioning works very well. Really nothing to complain about on this rental and even less about Laurence, our stay was perfect! You can go there without a second thought :)
