Cozy apartment, next to "Boboli" for book and music lovers

Discover the enormous cultural offerings contained in this cozy environment: art, music, and history books, musical instruments, paintings, and prints. All in an extremely welcoming atmosphere. It will be your refuge for moments of intense emotions. The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator, of a new building. It is very bright, consists of a spacious entrance with a built-in wardrobe, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. In the living room there is a comfortable double bed that can be converted into a sofa and an armchair bed. The apartment is functionally and elegantly furnished, as shown in the attached photographs. Guests who love music and reading are offered a rich selection of books of different types (including tourist guides and art books), vinyl records and CDs of classical, jazz, and "light" music. The apartment is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hairdryer, kettle and vacuum cleaner. Equipped with air conditioning, heating and condominium hot water, it has a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a large TV and a vinyl record and CD player. Guests can use the entire apartment without restrictions. On my part, my friend Jan and other trusted people will be very helpful to make your stay in Florence as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located near the Boboli Gardens, which can be crossed on foot until you reach Palazzo Pitti, near Ponte Vecchio. In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores, wine bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Just outside the house is the stop for bus nos. 36/37 to Santa Maria Novella Station and the city center. At the beginning of Via Romana there is another stop with several buses including the n.11 that goes to the center. Also in Piazza di Porta Romana there is both a taxi rank and a "very direct" bus stop to Siena. The tourist tax, requested by the Municipality of Florence, of 2.50 euros per person per night (for a maximum of seven nights, excluding children under 12 years of age) is included in the price of the apartment. The price of the apartment as already specified, includes the initial linen for the house, towels and sheets. For check-in after 8:00 p.m., there is an extra charge of 10 euros upon arrival and 15 euros after 10:00 p.m. As for personal documents, identity card or passport, required by the Florence Police Headquarters, it is preferable to send the data (document number, place and date of issue and expiration) by email upon acceptance of your reservation. Of course, you will also need to send your names, places of residence, and dates of birth for everyone who will be staying. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in case of special needs Before departure, please throw away all garbage (the bins for separate collection are near the apartment), turn off the air conditioning or heating, close all windows and leave the keys on the entrance shelf. Borgo Allegri - Graziosa casa immersa nell’ arte

Fatti sorprendere dagli inediti accostamenti di pareti in mattoni e arredi di carattere moderno. Ogni dettaglio di questo appartamento è curato per creare un'atmosfera calda e conviviale. Il soppalco poi si presta per momenti giocosi o di relax ma anche per due ospiti in più! L'appartamento è stato creato con amore per i dettagli e attenzione al comfort e vivibilità degli spazi. Si tratta di un open space di 40m2 ampio, comodo, elegante e di design. Si trova in una zona tranquilla all'interno del cuore della città, tra quelle che sono le vie della movida fiorentina e al tempo stesso il cuore storico, artistico ed architettonico della città. Una menzione va a via Pietra Piana e Sant'Ambrogio, che, seppur nel circuito turistico, mantiene ancora intatto il suo carattere locale, con negozi non destinati al consumo del turismo di massa, ma più attenti alla necessità di chi ancora risiede dentro le mura cittadine e, con loro, chi più interessato ad un turismo vicino alla vera natura dei luoghi visitati. La zona giorno è luminosa ed è il cuore della casa, dotata di un piccolo ma comodo divano, due poltroncine, tv a schermo piatto e tavolo dove si mangia comodamente in quattro L'adiacente cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per consentirvi di cimentarvi ai fornelli anche in vacanza. La camera da letto si affaccia sul retro dell'edificio, molto silenziosa, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, scrivania, e una piccola cabina armadio. Sarò sempre disponibile ad aiutare e suggerire agli ospiti qualche punto di vista particolare della città. Quando possibile eseguirò personalmente il check-in o il check-out L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena di interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti di scaricare la app Mobike, per spostarsi agilmente in bicicletta all'interno della città. Altrimenti sicuramente muoversi a piedi è la migliora alternativa per una città della misura di Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena d'interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura.

If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

The entire apartment is available, not shared and you will be able to self check in. The apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Florence - just at Palazzo Pitti only a footwalk to all other main sides such as Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo.
