Ravies de notre séjour chez Andréa. Les explications sur le logement sont détaillées et claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, propre , fonctionnel, literies confortables et surtout proche du métro et de la ligne de bus. Nous avons ainsi pu tout faire à pieds c'etait top. ( visite de Madrid mais aussi 3 autres villes Toledo, Segovia, et Aranjuez qui sont rapidement accessible en train) Andréa a été réactive à nos demandes , toujours présente rapidement pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils. A recommander 👍👍👍

Este piso esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es céntrica, tranquila, el autobús pasa por la calle donde esta el piso y tiene un Mercadona a una cuadra. Pablo es muy amable, amistoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de si teníamos alguna duda. El piso como tal estaba muy limpio y teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. 100% recomendado.

Toni s est montré très accueillant et fort sympathique. Le logement proposé est très propre et bien placé à 2 mns d un arrêt de bus rejoignant le centre ville ou à 8 mns a pied du métro. Les photos sont tout à fait fidèles à l appartement.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Estaba muy limpio al llegar. El recibimiento fue genial. Me encantó que tuviera café, aceite, sal, azúcar, servilletas, jabón, etc. Hay muchas cosas por hacer cerca. Muchos cafés y restaurantes. Un súper donde puedes comprar de todo. Nos encantó !

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

I had a great stay at this apartment, I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed my stay. The location was super central and in the middle of popular areas near Gran Via and Sol. The place was no more than a 20-minute walk from any of the major tourist sites you might visit (and often less), and located 10-15 minutes from fun restaurants, tapas-bar streets, markets and the popular churro spot etc. The apartment interior was as described, very clean, charming, and well-decorated. I really enjoyed having the big window to look out on a popular pedestrian street that runs between Sol and Gran via, it had excellent people watching and felt vibrant and located in the heart of things. Despite it being central and on a popular street, it was remarkably insulated from noise day and night, and noise was never a concern at any point. Fernando was very responsive and ensured I was able to check in and out with ease and provided useful local recommendations.

Stor, moderne og lys bolig med særdeles god udsigt over Madrid og bjergene bagved. Altan hele vejen rundt! Vi brugte offentlig transport, og der skal man regne med 45-50 minutters transporttid ind til centrum. Men det var vi jo forberedt på! Da vi imidlertid opdagede, hvor billigt og hurtigt det er med en Uber bil, blev dét vores foretrukne løsning til hjemturene om aftenen, hvor man er træt og bare gerne vil hjem og i seng!😴

El departamento es excelente, la ubicación genial a pocos pasos de todas las atracciones del centro de madrid, un barrio con mucho movimiento pero no se escucha un solo ruido en el alojamiento. Fácil de llegar, de ingresar, tiene ascensor, los dos baños son muy cómodos. Fue todo lo qué estábamos buscando. La anfitriona nos recibió personalmente y nos dio todas las instrucciones. Muy recomendable!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. We had an amazing time.

The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

Sin duda volveremos a elegir este hospedaje. Todo funcionaba correctamente, la ubicación espectacular y Marta una gran anfitriona. Hicimos un viaje en familia (5 personas) y estuvimos súper cómodos.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência com o Anfitrião. Houve um problema com o disjuntor, e ele prontamente contratou um eletricista para resolver a situação. O apartamento é espaçoso e muito bem localizado.

We enjoyed our stay! Such kind and chill hosts! The cleaning lady greeted us when we arrived early and allowed us to drop off our luggage. She was very kind and accommodating. The space was quaint and clean, in a quiet location but a short walk away from the city center and all fun things to do. Would highly recommend, also the doorman is super sweet

Espectacular estancia. La finca no puede ser más agradable, llena de árboles y pajarillos. Muy tranquila, todo muy cómodo, buenos servicios y anfitriones extremadamente amables y generosos. Para repetir sin duda.

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

appartamento molto bello su 3 piani. Divertente e originale, arredato con molto gusto. Mobili nuovi, ordinato, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni, abbiamo girato a piedi. Negozio alimentari vicini, ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. A un passo dai musei d arte.
