Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay at this house. The accommodation was perfect: clean, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location was quiet but still well connected to the city's main points of interest. The owner was helpful and courteous, responding quickly to all our questions and always making himself available for any need. The welcome was warm and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place. Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

Good stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment located in a quiet residential area. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a small note: it can get a bit loud at night if the shutters aren’t closed, so be sure to shut them for a good night’s sleep!

Alessandro’s place was the best airbnb I’ve stayed at :) It was in a beautiful area (about a half hour on public transport from the train station), was absolutely spotless, and had great amenities. Alessandro is also a great host :)

My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta and her family treated us very courteously and warmly welcomed us. Unfortunately, we arrived very late, possibly which we could not influence. Giulietta's husband was waiting for us extra late at night. Everything else we were able to clarify the next day. All our questions were answered and unfortunately the hot water was missing, which was resolved immediately. Unfortunately, we were only able to spend two nights in this accommodation as we were passing through with friends in the area. We can recommend the place and would book again. You just have to know that the roads to the house are quite adventurous. But you get used to it. :-) Thank you for all the understanding and kindness!

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!

Paola’s place is very good if you are looking for a calm and relaxing place to recharge your energy . Stone house and fireplace makes a cozy atmosphere for a family to rest. Highly recommended.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Slightly remote, but very pleasantly quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. When we first searched for the place, we needed Matteo's help, but then easily found the place. It is about 10 km from Piazza to high (about 700 m) to the accommodation. Near Pasquilino. Just below the tavern La Capanna. The view and the tranquility of the accommodation are exceptional. However, even the mosquitoes have made it there. The house is conveniently furnished and if you are not afraid to wash off by hand, this place is always recommended for you. Thanks Camilla and Matteo, we enjoyed a lot.

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the river view—it was absolutely stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the home was warm and welcoming. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and thoughtful, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!
