Had an amazing stay at her place. I stayed for a week then extend another week and she was very responsive with my request. The caretaker is very nice. I felt so safe and the place is so peaceful. Very secure and private since theres a security in the lobby! Near to a-lot of food chains! seven eleven is just right under the building. Highly recommended! Thanks Maam!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit smells good, clean and felt like home away from home. The boys were able to keep themselves busy with the board games. 🙂 Ms. Tess was super accommodating, friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend not just the place but Ms. Tess as well. 😊

The place is nice. Perfect for intimate celebration. The place is clean. Host is friendly and responsive. The only problem we had was the heater for the bathtub is not working. We wanted to take a dip around 11pm and we dont want to disturb the caretaker during that time. The host said the heater needs reset. Over all, we enjoyed our stay ☺️ minor issue and also partly our fault since we didnt ask to test the tub before the caretaker left.

Condo very clean and comfortable. Superb location for entry to all BGC has to offer- which is a lot. Could get my daily 10,000 steps in easily with shade to rest or to get a cool beverage. Very safe and friendly area. Many expats from various countries. We stayed here because our home in Ayala Alabang wasn’t quite ready for move in but would happily stay here again if needed a place for short term. Be sure to water the plants.

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in various countries, but this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the incredible hospitality and ideal location to the seamless communication, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was even better than advertised, with top-tier accommodations and thoughtful touches throughout. Located in BGC, it’s close to everything you need. What truly set this stay apart was the host’s genuine care, my friend was injured at our previous stop, and the host went above and beyond to make sure she was okay, which lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. With Manila’s heat, having strong air conditioning and complimentary water waiting for us was chef’s kiss. If I ever return, this will be the first place I book. So if you’re on the fence about where to stay, stop right here. This is the one. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit, exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee and cooking supplies . The location was close to malls, restaurants and public transport. Very accomodating host and caretaker ☺️ place felt home. Highly recommendable! We were quite hesitant to use the tub outside due to privacy reasons.

Peiny was so easy to communicate with. She is very polite, helpful and would help above and beyond. We couldn't ask for a better host. She accommodated us 100% and listen to our needs. The house was lovely, very near on common places such as markets and mall. The subdivision was private and guarded. We're able to had our morning walk and exercise outside as it is a safe place to do so. The airbnb is spacious, a lot of things to do inside, our favorite place was the KTV room. We didn't have any major issues within our 3 days stay and we will return. Thank you!

Amazing place, cozy & relaxing. Very clean & well maintained. Kitchen is nice & organized with complete electrical appliances , set of utensils , lots of plates & cooking wares(pans & pots) . NO insects or cockroaches. Electrical plug is placed near the kitchen appliances. Galon of distilled water for drinking is provided free. Living room is spotless white with touch of modern victorian design . There are netflix tv & Videoke . Garden is lovely . You can relax & enjoy at the jacuzzi. We had a great stay at this place. Great place to unwind with family & friends without leaving the city.
