Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Lorenzo in Banale

Wir waren schon das Zweite Mal bei Daniela, weil alles es einfach nur wunderschön ist und man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Besser gehts nicht🥰

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Check-in und Check-Out war problemlos, wir durften früher kommen und länger bleiben am Abreisetag und - hätten wir nicht leider unsererseits abreisen müssen - unseren Urlaub noch für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, das für uns und unseren Hund super war, trotzdem ist man schnell am Gardasee z.B. in Salò. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Der Hof ist sehr schön: wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vor Ort gewohnt hatten, sodass wir das ganze Gelände für uns hatten, es kam nur immer mal jemand von der Familie (alle super freundlich) vorbei um nach den Tieren (Pferde, Esel, Gänse und Hühner) zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Das Haus und seine Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt an einem Bach, dessen Rauschen uns nicht gestört hat. Vom Haus aus haben wir viele Wanderungen gemacht, bei denen uns meist niemand begegnet ist, so einsam ist es dort. Nur am Wochenende war etwas mehr los. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bei der Anreise haben wir uns noch mit reichlich Lebensmittel versorgt, um unser Auto möglichst lange nicht bewegen zu müssen. Für Backen und Kochen ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Nach den Wanderungen nutzten wir immer die Sauna, nachdem wir den Ofen mit dem vorhandenen Brennholz angefeuert und die Sauna auf Temperatur gebracht hatten. Wer 24/7 erreichbar sein will, muss sich vielleicht einen anderen Ort suchen. Netz und damit auch das WLAN waren nicht immer verfügbar. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht.

The view was even better than the photos could portray! Serene, cozy, and the perfect place to explore the surrounding area. Our daughter loved the animals and we would return in a heartbeat. Definitely need a car to access and it’s certainly rustic, but it has everything you could need and the charm of this place is second to none. Grazie!

E' la seconda volta che alloggiamo allo chalet ed è sempre bellissimo passarci del tempo. Zona estremamente tranquilla immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, la casa ha praticamente tutto il necessario. Ottimo posto per passare delle vacanze in relax ma per le persone più attive ci sono molte possibilità a pochi km di distanza. A settembre ci torniamo!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento, un ambiente molto accogliente e caldo. Dispone di tutto il necessario descritto dagli host. Loro molto gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Posizione molto tranquilla e a poca distanza dal centro di Pinzolo, a 15 min dagli impianti sciistici di madonna di campiglio. Il caminetto riscalda ancor di piu l’ambiente dopo una giornata tra la neve , legna a disposizione nell’ampio terrazzo . Dispone di posti auto sotto casa. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Absolute Empfehlung wenn man nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und es war total ruhig...bis auf die Frösche im Teich :D Aber das hat uns nicht gestört (und sobald die Fenster zu sind hört man sie auch nicht mehr!) Die Aussicht auf die Apfelplantagen und die Berge ist unschlagbar.

Vacanza dedicata al riposo e l'appartamento di Luca è stato perfetto. Molto spazioso, pulito, fornito di tutto l'occorrente e con splendida visuale sulle montagne. Ideale per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde della natura. Sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di deambulazione in quanto posto al piano primo senza ascensore e con accessi dal cortile con pendenze importanti. Un problema all'arrivo causato da lavori nel centro del borgo di Precasaglio è stato prontamente risolto grazie ai consigli della moglie di Luca (Debora) che con molta gentilezza ci ha indicato l'alternativa per accedere all'alloggio. Un grazie particolare per esserci venuti incontro riguardo un problema che ci è capitato all'ultimo momento prima di partire. Se avremo un'altra occasione ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare. Cristina's place is just amazing. I spent 3 nights there with my partner for her birthday and we got engaged down at the Lake. So it was very important we stayed somewhere special.. this was perfect. Private,peaceful, stunning views,clean and beautifully decorated we couldn't ask for more! Cristina responded if we ever needed her or her mum told us she was available if we needed anything. We have reccomended the place to all our family and friends and we hope to one day return. Thankyou for letting us stay Cristina and mum!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war aufjedenfall jeden Cent wert.

Stefano und Denise sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der wunderschöne Garten, der Blick in die Berge und ein toller Duft nach Jasmin haben den Aufenthalt noch verschönert. Die Wohnung im Oberen Geschoss /Dachgeschoss ist hell, geräumig und sehr ansprechend. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für schönes Kochen braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genügend Stühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Betten sind super bequem, man schläft nach einem ereignisreichen und aktiven Tag sofort ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, Arcos Altstadt ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar und lädt zum Bummeln und Eis essen ein. Der sehr gut ausgebaute Radweg nach Riva und Torbole am See ist nicht weit weg und auch Einkaufen ist in 4 Minuten mit dem Rad möglich. Gut ist auch, dass das Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen ist und Fahrräder in der Garage sicher abgestellt werden können. Wir danken herzlich und kommen sicher wieder!

Everything was perfect! The house is truly immersed in nature, with plenty of beautiful hikes nearby. Marco is a warm and kind host!

We were three ladies travelling together. The apartment was amazing and the views spectacular. We did not have a car but buses were easy to use. It was handy having the shop close by which stocked everything we needed. There was a really nice cafe for coffee and the staff were helpful. We ate once at the Taverna Il Capitano and the food was excellent. We liked the peaceful surroundings but also able to visit more widely. This was the first time using Airbnb and we were very happy with all aspects of our booking and the communication from Klaudia throughout the booking process and our stay. We would certainly recommend to any other travellers.

Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Seeufer gelegen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es wird auch eine Grundausstattung wie Kaffeekapseln ( Nespresso), Mineralwasser und Gewürze usw zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See, sowohl vom Garten wie von dem Balkon. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Touristentrubel am Hafen. Es ist nur per Boot bzw zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Inselbus hat eine Haltestelle oben im Dorf 10 Minuten Fußweg) und fährt nicht nach unten. Ein absolutes Ruheplus. Im Ort oben gibt es eine gute Metzgerei und einen Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants und 2 Bars. Floriana ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit der man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann. Das Haus ist perfekt für Zeit des Abschaltens, der Erholung aber auch für Wanderer. Da der Garten vollständig umzäunt ist, kann der Hund frei herumlaufen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Pool und dem Grill war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der süße Hund auf dem Gelände hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Durch die super Lage des Hauses hatten wir die perfekte Mischung an Ruhe und Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen, wie Verona oder dem Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war sehr gut. 🙂

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!
