A 10-minute walk to the station and about 2 km to Lake Caldonazzo, also reachable by bike path. 30 minutes from the Panarotta ski slopes.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

We are two kilometers from the historic center, walking them can be a great way to prepare for the city's food. However, we are served 50 meters from a train (Trento-Malè railway), and 100 meters from a bus line, the parking space is in the private courtyard. The two cities are easily accessible by car or public transport.

Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.
