This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, the sound of which did not disturb us. We did a lot of hiking from the house, and we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so as not to have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we fired up the stove with the existing firewood and brought the sauna to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may need to find another location. The network and thus also the WiFi were not always available. We didn't mind.

The view was even better than the photos could portray! Serene, cozy, and the perfect place to explore the surrounding area. Our daughter loved the animals and we would return in a heartbeat. Definitely need a car to access and it’s certainly rustic, but it has everything you could need and the charm of this place is second to none. Grazie!

This is the second time we have stayed at the chalet and it is always wonderful to spend time there. An extremely quiet area surrounded by greenery and silence, the house has practically everything you need. Great place to spend a relaxing vacation, but for more active people there are many possibilities a few miles away. We'll be back in September!

My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment, a very welcoming and warm environment. It has everything you need described by the hosts. They are very kind and available for any eventuality. Very quiet location and a short distance from the center of Pinzolo, 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Madonna di Campiglio. The fireplace warms the room even more after a day in the snow , wood available on the large terrace . It has parking spaces under the house. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! Cristina's place is just amazing. I spent 3 nights there with my partner for her birthday and we got engaged down at the Lake. So it was very important we stayed somewhere special.. this was perfect. Private,peaceful, stunning views,clean and beautifully decorated we couldn't ask for more! Cristina responded if we ever needed her or her mum told us she was available if we needed anything. We have reccomended the place to all our family and friends and we hope to one day return. Thankyou for letting us stay Cristina and mum!

Stefano and Denise are excellent hosts. We visited for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The beautiful garden, the view of the mountains and a great scent of jasmine made the stay even more beautiful. The apartment on the upper floor /attic is bright, spacious and very appealing. In the kitchen, everything you need for nice cooking is available. Rooms are very large, there are plenty of chairs and seating. The beds are super comfortable, you fall asleep immediately after an eventful and active day. The location of the house is perfect, Arcos old town is within walking distance in no time and invites you to stroll and eat ice cream. The very well-developed bike path to Riva and Torbole on the lake is not far away and shopping is also possible in 4 minutes by bike. It is also good that the property is closed with a gate and bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. We thank you very much and will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! The house is truly immersed in nature, with plenty of beautiful hikes nearby. Marco is a warm and kind host!

We were three ladies travelling together. The apartment was amazing and the views spectacular. We did not have a car but buses were easy to use. It was handy having the shop close by which stocked everything we needed. There was a really nice cafe for coffee and the staff were helpful. We ate once at the Taverna Il Capitano and the food was excellent. We liked the peaceful surroundings but also able to visit more widely. This was the first time using Airbnb and we were very happy with all aspects of our booking and the communication from Klaudia throughout the booking process and our stay. We would certainly recommend to any other travellers.

A very nice house located directly on the lake shore. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Basic equipment such as coffee capsules (Nespresso), mineral water and spices, etc. will also be provided. The location is perfect with wonderful lake views, both from the garden and balcony. The house is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle at the harbor. It is only accessible by boat or on foot. The island bus has a stop at the top of the village (10 minutes walk) and does not go down. An absolute plus for peace and quiet. In the village above there is a good butcher and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Floriana is an extremely accommodating and very friendly hostess with whom you can talk very well. The house is perfect for time to switch off, relax but also for hikers. Since the garden is completely fenced, the dog can walk around freely

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

We had a great time at the place. Especially the outdoor area with pool and grill was our favorite place. The cute dog on the premises also enriched our vacation. Due to the great location of the house, we had the perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to great destinations, such as Verona or Lake Garda. Communication with Simone was very good. 🙂

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!
