James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

Our stay at Océano Perla Azul in Salinas was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The property itself is stunning, with well-maintained facilities and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to Cielo, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel like family during our visit. Her warmth and helpfulness really added a personal touch to our time at Océano Perla Azul. We can't recommend this place enough!
