Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Lazzaro di Savena

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house is very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stay goes smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, in all respects. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and cordial, the location is very convenient for visiting Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Really charming

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... We really enjoyed this place, Guido is a very friendly host, very responsive, very welcoming, the apartment was spotless, spacious, there were 6 of us, it was perfect. Our hosts had filled the fridge and cabinets so we could make great breakfast, everything was perfect. The location 30mn walk from the center, close to public transport was a much appreciated plus, we did everything on foot. A very nice stay in a beautiful city. This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

Great place to stay for a short trip to Bologna. The bus connection to the city center (line 25) is perfect, paired with the free underground parking space. Opposite, there is a nice breakfast place. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is also equipped with air conditioning for the warm temperatures. Highly recommended. We would come back.

We only stayed for two days, but we loved this place! The apartment is beautiful and you can tell the host puts in a lot of effort into it. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

What a wonderful stay with Laura! She is an incredibly warm and friendly elderly lady who made us feel at home straight away. The bedroom in her apartment was cozy, and although the bathroom was shared, it was always spotlessly clean. The view from her hilltop house is simply breathtaking – we could hardly get enough! An absolute highlight was breakfast on the terrace. Laura spoiled us every morning with delicious homemade jams and fresh coffee. This is the perfect way to start the day! The parking right in front of the property was also super convenient. We highly recommend Laura's place and would love to come back anytime!

Loved staying at Anna's place - the apartment is on a perfect proximity from the centre while still having the perfect combination of privacy/calmess and good amount of restaurants etc nearby.

Piero was most welcoming and his place is comfortable, clean and very centrally located. Piero was very helpful when we needed it but gave us plenty of space too. The breakfasts were perfect for our needs. Thank you Piero, it was great to meet you!

We had a wonderful time in the quiet accommodation with garden. The small breakfast is great! Christina and her daughter were very friendly and helpful! From Bologna and Modena, you can quickly get there by train and bus. We recommend an exceptional stay there and thank you very much 🙂

Beautiful and very clean house. Bedroom, living room, bathroom. Everything. Super kind and hospitable host, he also sent us lots of tips on things to see nearby.

Guilia is a very kind and helpful host. The communication is quick and easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. You can do a lot directly from the apartment (food, drink, culture) and in about 12 minutes on foot you are in the old town of Bologna. When the windows are closed, it is quiet for sleeping. When the window is open, earplugs are recommended.

A perfect stay, Ilaria was very nice and helpful, the place just as described, I had a really good and peaceful nights sleep, and the food available for breakfast was a real treat 💛 thank you!
