Vacation rentals with a sauna in San Juan

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. Thanks, Bryan!

Such a great value and a wonderful host! Our family had a lovely stay here during our week in Puerto Rico! The location is great - 30 mins from San Juan, 25 minutes to the Rainforest, just steps from the beautiful ocean, and a local grocery store down the block. We loved that the condo was in a gated community with an attendant. We never felt unsafe during our stay. Very clear and helpful check-in instructions. Our host, Michael, was very attentive and available! The space worked out so well. We loved the gardens off the balcony. Our kids gasped at how beautiful the semi-private beach was! We had so much fun snorkeling right there! The condo had beach towels, chairs, some sports equipment, and family games available. The kitchen had everything we needed. A very clean space that worked so well! The community included local residents and other vacationers like us. We bought fresh fruit and coconut water just down the road. Thank you so much for such a love

The apartment was absolutely lovely, tucked into a little cul-de-sac off the main road. Nice open floor common space, bedrooms are set at both ends with a bathroom in between for some privacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials, The actual location is very residential, off a very busy road with a number of local bars, restaurants and a very large marina. The best was finding that Seven Seas Beach is quick 5 minute drive, a little less than 2 miles. The beach is lovely and peaceful with plenty of shade and loads of parking. While a very doable walk, I wouldn’t recommend it, the road is narrow with no sidewalk in many stretches, and cars going a little too fast for my comfort. Enjoy Fajardo

Amazing location! If you're planning on exploring the northeast of the island, this place puts you right between San Juan/Old San Juan and the Luquillo and Fajardo areas. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the condo was immaculate and well appointed (just like in the photos). The condo was also spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and rest (be ready to fight over the hanging macrame chair in the balcony!). We had an amazing time in PR and our stay here definitely played a huge part!

The location was great and the private beach access was key! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious and parking was included. Highly recommend - would definitely stay again!

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

Great location right on the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a small cooler. Magda responsed to any inquiry right away. We had a wonderful experience at her place. I would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful, clean Airbnb that was very comfortable for our family of 5. Great location with quick drives to various beaches and convenient for a day trip to El Yunque. Thank you for great stay!

Steven ist ein äusserst sympathischer, authentischer und respektvoller Gastgeber! Ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne dort übernachten. Die Wohnung ist klein und es gibt abgesehen vom Schlafzimmer keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt, allerdings für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer eher nicht empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist super ordentlich und sauber und die flauschige Mitbewohnerin zuckersüss! Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall 💯 %. Vielen Dank Steven für deine Gastfreundschaft -wir haben es sehr genossen!

Dennis is a great host, helpful with whatever you need, from directions to local destinations to offering to drive you wherever you need to go. I’ve never had a host be so kind! The outside pool area is AMAZING and where I spent most of my time when at the Air BnB. San Juan is a very colorful place with many things to do, every kind of food or entertainment available and 10 minutes to beautiful beaches. Everything is close by and it’s a 5 minute walk to a high end mall with a really cool food court. I hope to return next winter and will definitely stay at Dennis’ place.

I want to thank Jose and Valerie for being amazing hosts. The home was just as described if not more. Valerie was extremely kind and responsive to any of our concerns. The neighborhood is vibrant and the people are hospitable. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, the pier adds even more to the scenic views. Words can’t describe what an amazing place the house and surroundings were! Great house, wonderful pool, amazing outdoor space, and best of all incredible hosts. Santos and Burgos are just great human beings and added to the joy of our trip! They even brought us pasteles on two separate occasions. If you are looking for a superb place to stay, I would highly recommend the 360 View House.

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.
