Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

I booked this property for my dad and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication with the host was seamless—always quick, helpful, and incredibly transparent. I had actually stayed here myself not too long ago, so I knew he was in good hands. The apartment is not only comfortable but also perfectly located—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for getting around.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location is very central in San Juan. We slept very comfortably at Manuel’s place, it’s super cute we loved having our little coffee in our private entrance! Great place to rest after a long day visiting Old San Juan!

The accommodation is as shown in the photo and description. Everything was very clean and organized. Ileana was very nice when she welcomed us and left us a little gift. We'll be back ✨

The place was perfect for me and my husband. it was spacious and the view was to die for. awesome views in the morning and sitting on the deck at night u can hear the ocean. loved it. didn't rent car since we have been in PR before and wanted to lay back a little. close to bars, food and casino. Uber not too expensive to see places. would definitely come back to Chloe place.

Lili was a delight and her place was a great stay! It was a nice and private little apartment house! She provided everything you can think of to need! Very responsive and helpful! The bathroom was little small but totally nice and clean! I would stay here again when I visit

This place was amazing &Jose was a great host! He gave us plenty of great local recs & was very responsive ! The place was beautiful,clean,&20 min from old San Juan. We absolutely loved the balcony! There’s a Walmart near by if you needed to get water, food, or snacks . Jose’s description and pictures were accurate. He mentioned on the listing there was no private parking but there was street parking. When I originally booked the stay I wasn’t going to rent a car but decided to last min. Parking was limited during the day till 4 pm bc of an electrical company across the st. This is just something to be aware of if anyone decided to rent a car. It didn’t bother us because we were out till after 4 most days . If at the end of your stay you see a 70/80yr old woman walking every morning/night down the st. Pls be sure to politely stop her & offer her waters, food, clothes,etc. as she does not have much. Our last night,we had a full case of water we didn’t want to waste &gave to her.

The apartment was totally comfortable, there were 4 of us and we felt comfortable. It met our expectations upon arrival. We are definitely considering coming back.

A friend & I stayed for a few days in San Juan & it was amazing, the apartment is cozy and feels just like home. The amenities are great & looks exactly as listed. Hilcia was so kind and responsive about any questions we had! Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. The neighborhood felt safe which made us feel comfortable right away. The space itself was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had so many little touches that made it feel like home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and check-in was smooth and simple. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience.

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Great place to stay host was very nice and checked if we needed anything half way through the trip would recommend any couple or solo traveler to stay here

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.

The stay was absolutely amazing, a beautiful Airbnb and island!! Alexandra was perfect her communication is on point got back to me within minutes!! The home is obviously cared for very very clean with supply of soap for those traveling by plane along with the basics for the kitchen. Also is very local area small drives to amazing restaurants and stores in old San Juan. Definitely will be back again thank you Alexandra for being such an amazing host! 🩷

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

The host was friendly and responsive. The place was nice with a little balcony. Restaurants and stores were all walking distance. The pool was a plus, there were tables and seatings available to hang out at. I love the fact that she provided two beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag for you to use. There’s a beach a few blocks down, less than ten minute walk. There was also sunblock and aloe vera in the drawers which is great, especially with the hot weather. Piñones was less than 10 minutes to get to if you wanna get a quick bite or sit down and eat.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
