Guesthouse vacation rentals in San Juan

My friend and I stayed at Lazaro’s Airbnb. It was clean and decorated beautifully with bright colors inside. Lots of great restaurants near by and beach is very close as well. Check in time was flexible which we appreciated so much since we had an early flight. The apartment is gated and we felt safe! Only thing I would say is the community is mainly filled with tourist so some nights might be loud , some neighbors next to us were partying for a bit. It didn’t bother us at all though we slept through it. But I know some other people might mind. Maybe bring some ear buds if you’re a light sleeper just in case. Over all the stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here it was clean, cozy ,and cute. Thank you Lazaro for everything again:)

Great place to stay for a quick stop

This place was amazing! It was close to everything. Local food spots, the beach, clubs. I absolutely adored it. The staff was incredible. Jose and Pedro made sure we were okay with everything. Communication was key that’s what i sincerely liked. There was a water problem with the whole San Juan area and Pedro really came through he did everything he could to make sure his guests were completely satisfied. If that’s not commitment i don’t know what is. BOOK NOW YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Gigi was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. She let us check in earlier and later as needed. Great location, close to the airport and grocery store. The bed could have been upgraded but other than that great stay.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Die Lage ist Top, um abends etwas zu unternehmen und um an den Strand zu gehen. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt neben an und kann einem bei allem direkt helfen. Die Wohnung an sich war super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, um sich auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Klare Empfehlung :)

Everything was great! Very responsive and friendly. Loved the stay, will book on the future again!

Our stay at Carlas place was awesome! We had 4 people staying in the space, looked exactly as described and was roomy enough for us. ACs in all bedrooms and living room worked great. Beds were comfortable. We were in a great location, walkable to many nice restaurants and to ocean park beach, about a 10 min walk. Carlas provided beach towels, an umbrella and beach cooler. Carlas was always responsive and let us drop our bags off before check in which was nice. We appreciated her kindness as a host. We would definitely stay again when in San Juan!

truly enjoyed our stay! the communication and recommendations for restaurants was perfect. Although we experienced problems with hot water in the showers, it was a great place. We are headed back soon, so we will check availability. We did have one other issue. We used one of the glass coffee cups. When my wife put hot water in it, it shattered. Glad to pay for a replacement. Can we get different cups for our next visit?

This is a great Airbnb in Santurce for anyone looking to stay close to Calle Loiza and Ocean Park beach. The host, Diolanda, is truly wonderful and will help you throughout your stay. The apartment and terrace were great places for me to work and relax for the time I was there and I felt very safe as a solo woman. It's crucial that we support Puerto Rican owned Airbnbs and use our money to support the community, not the investors or companies from the states who buy up real estate on the island just for profit. We need more conscientious travelers now more than ever!

I like the way Luis was with the communication , room very clean , nice space , comfortable, quite it definitely I recommend.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y sinceramente nos encanta el lugar! Súper cómodo y tiene todas las cosas escenciales. Definitivamente seguiremos volviendo!

zeer goed verblijf. woonkamer en keuken zijn ideaal om zelf in te vertoeven of wat te koken/bakken. slaapkamer is top, met een airco. wasmachine en droger en een badkamer met douche. de wijk is zeer rustig en veilig en om de hoek zit je meteen in de stap/restaurant straat van de wijk. 1 min lopen en je kan een gratis bus pakken naar old town san juan. daarbij is een uber ook een makkelijke optie om overal te komen in san juan.

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

Eileen was so welcoming and enthusiastic about experiencing Puerto Rico. She offered a lot of great information about the area and things to do during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to the beach!

This is a great spot if you’re trying to find something that is private and cozy for either work or leisure travel. Nicolas is super responsive and very professional. Walking distance to local supermarket and food which is always a good thing! Very clean interior and safety was felt around the neighborhood. 10/10 recommend for future stays !

This is my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico—it always delivers on quality, tranquility, and coziness. It’s such a beautiful place to stay and I really loved the complimentary morning yoga sessions and fresh cooked breakfasts! It’s a great place to work, meet new friends, and enjoy a night in.

Since I arrived in San Juan Puerto Rico Walter made everything easy for me with providing me with every essential that I needed so I can feel at home! Anything I needed he did not hesitate to help me with my needs ! I’m grateful to have found this location. Costumer service is excellent I’m very happy with booking this location.

Great place to stay with family or friends, each has their own room/ bathroom and share kitchen/ dining and living room. The washer and dryer are also a great thing to have in a warm and beach area! Thank you Belisha for the nice welcome to your beautiful place and Puerto Rico!

This is an excellent place and we had a wonderful stay. The quality of the location and accommodations were only exceeded by the warmth and graciousness of Nelson our host. The house is minutes from the beach and though surrounded by myriad restaurants and conveniences, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood - with parking (driveway or street). When inside, keep open the valances in the windows, and a soft, ocean breeze will keep the air fresh and temperate, or close them and air conditioning can cool the whole house- or just one room. After the beach, or a day hiking the rain forest, we loved rinsing/cooling off in the outdoor shower before taking a very short drive to Old San Juan for dinner, to enjoy the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico (MAPR), or to visit another gorgeous local neighborhood. Finally, we were able to do a load of laundry to ready ourselves for our departure to the airport/rental car location, which albeit tragic, was at least an even shorter distance. Now, back in Boston, shoveling out from another snowstorm, we could not be happier to include this lovely home in our fond vacation memories!
