Monthly Rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Just spent 2 Winter months in Iris’ beautifully renovated condo. It was excellent. From initial contact to my departure, communications with Iris were fast and easy. The condo is exactly as in the pictures…very bright and very clean and well renovated. All new windows allow for good light and air circulation. Sea view and sunrise are superb. The wifi is excellent and TV has Netflix. Great condo for long stays. The bed was very comfortable. The building itself is quiet and well maintained . Consum grocery store is a 10-12 minute walk; two tram stops are a 6-8 minute walk away and the #21/22 bus stop is in front of the building. Being here for 2 months, I quite enjoyed having the laundry machine, an outdoor clothe line, a large fridge and well appointed kitchen. You can walk to several good restaurants; the beautiful beach and paseo are one block away. In short, I definitely recommend this location. I will be happy to return for another long stay! We stayed in April and found the beach across the road to be wonderful with lots of facilities and really clean. The tram into Alicante was a very reasonable price too and a station not too far from the apartment. There was a lot of building work going on around the neighborhood but you couldn't hear this from inside at all.

We had the most amazing stay in Miriam’s apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking — one of those places where you just stop and stare. The interior was beautifully, and makes us fell like home and welcoming. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better base. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that combines, biking, beach and an epic view!

We had a lovey stay, with my wife and two children. Location is great, 5 mins from San Juan Beach, 5 mins walk from Arena gym. Irene is a very good host, responded really quickly and offered great advice on restaurants and places to visit.
