Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷

Accurate description of amenities and services. The unit has all the things you need, cooking, laundry, entertainment even toiletries needs. He’ll find you a parking slot so you won’t have to worry. I just find 1BR small for us 4 coz we’re all adults. 😂 Given the time constraints, this is the unit I can find where it has all the things we need. Thanks again for hosting, Peps!
