Pet-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan City

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Ms. Marlene’s place was beyond our expectation. The place was clean and organized, with complete amenities, great view, cozy and homey vibe, and overall aesthetically pleasing. She offered a high speed internet, TV with great sound system, complete spices for cooking, and free coffee and tea! Ms. Marlene was also kind, friendly and responsive with our concerns and request. This is the most affordable Airbnb unit on this area. Very good location near malls and Araneta Coliseum. The unit itself is clean. Readily available are kitchen utensils, towels, soaps, and blankets available. Disney+ subscription available on the TV. Good view from the balcony. Sir Wilson himself welcomed us into the unit. Thanks to him for allowing us for a late checkout. He is also quick to reply to messages. There is an additional fee for swimming pool access to be paid at the admin office. Overall good experience at this unit.

The place was nice tho I expected that the appliances are a little bit bigger. hehe. I just hope na mas maraming nakahandang garbage bag for a longer stay. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Thanks!

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

Ms. Guia is a dependable host—she answered all my requests and queries. The place is nice, comfortable, and the whole family had a great time. The space is spacious and fit all ten of us. The internet connection is strong and the place is clean. It’s also accessible to nearby stores. The only thing I didn’t like was the attitude of one of the receptionists at Tower 2. We followed the guidelines to dry off after coming from the pool, but she insisted that we were still wet when we came down. I noticed, however, that the floor was already wet even before we got on the elevator and stepped out. It felt like that’s how she treats people she knows aren’t tenants of the condo. I was a bit offended because she immediately radioed the utility staff as if it was our fault. But overall, we had a great time and we’ll definitely come back.

The unit was clean and complete with necessities. They even brought us a gallon of drinking water and a huge bag of ice (best thing they did, really). Check-in process was smooth, all the equipment was working properly (water heater, speaker, microphone, etc.), host was very accommodating and responsive, and the place was aesthetically pleasing (we celebrated my friend’s gender reveal + baby shower, and all our pictures turned out great)! Will definitely recommend 👌✨

I have nothing much to say aside from thank you. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. Host made sure we were settling okay and checked in from time to time.
