What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

Juan Carlos was attentive the entire time we were staying. Cleanliness is 100%. The photos accurately match the listing. If you like tranquility and silence, it's the perfect place. We were luxurious in every way. I am very grateful for the friendly and cordial treatment. 100% recommended. Thank you so much for everything, Juan Carlos. It has truly been a pleasure.

It is an excellent space, we entered and were surprised at how tidy and clean it was, in addition to the incredible attention of the host Álvaro, super friendly and willing to clarify any questions and quickly, 100% recommended

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.

Staying at Richard's Casita has been an absolute delight and a perfect choice for my trip. I'm completely enchanted by this wonderful village and its warm, welcoming people. . Three outside seating areas including the beautiful swimming pool area. A car definitely required. A five minute car journey to the beautiful Mojacar Pueblo. Also five minutes to Turre with a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a Friday market. Less than ten minutes to Mojacar beaches. My wife and I stayed for six weeks in April/May 2025 and would definitely return.

We repeat the year as the accommodation meets the needs we are looking for. Maria Jesús is an excellent host. We are very happy with our almost 15 day stay in Terreros. We'll be back for sure.

Our vacation has been great. The apartment is located in a quiet development, but it has been no problem, by car 10 minutes away from the beach. The development's pool is wonderful, open until 11pm and with warm water. Very close to visit the Geoda de Pulpi and the area's beaches with clear water and very cool. Myriam and Javier are very friendly.

Everything was very good, the house was great, everything was very clean and the service from Lourdes was 10/10. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay with Michael who is a very warm and attentive host. Communication is very fluid and Michael is very responsive. On the apartment side, the location is perfect, the terrace has an incredible quiet view. We'll be happy to go back.

Clean apartment,with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, swimming pool,tennis courts and ping pong,very complete.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment was very nice, clean and with the amenities advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful appartement with a great terrace and a jacuzzi. Appartement was nicely furnished and was very clean. A small key misunderstanding was handled promptly by the host. Small shop, restaurants and the beach all realy close by. We, as a couple, had a great time and can highly recommend the appartement.
