The house is beautiful, just like the photos, the area is very safe, although we had problems with the map to get there correctly. It is close to a beautiful shopping plaza, accessible to main roads. The rooms are very comfortable to rest. I would definitely come back.

Excellent service, she was always attentive and everything was very clean and nice. The only thing is that you have to make a reservation for the pool and we thought it was free entry. Other than that, everything was very good!!!

Claudia was wonderful to us, she had so much extras in the house for us to have a great stay and was always checking in and ready to help with whatever we needed. The house has a wonderful energy and is in a beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely nature walk in the forested hill nearby. We actually extended our stay longer than planned because we loved her house so much. Clean and so comfortable and the view from the terras was spectacular. The garden is big and spacious and we have two young children so it was great for them. She also has a high chair, baby bath and crib that was so wonderful as travelling with young children many places don’t have them and it makes such a difference. Also there were toys (blocks etc) for the kids that they loved to play with too. I would have loved to stay even longer! :) Thank you so much Claudia this was the best Airbnb stay I have had, no exaggeration :)

We felt right at home, the house was just as described and pictured. The stay was very comfortable and Oscar was very attentive to any concerns. It's true that the neighbors' dogs bark a lot, but it's an issue beyond Oscar's control and it really didn't bother us much. We'd love to come back again. =)

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The terrace is very nice and has a good view. The location is excellent, three blocks from the main square, so you can walk to the entire center. Communication with Alfonso was very good, his explanations were clear.

Upon arrival, the person who welcomed us was super friendly, the stay was super good, the bed was super comfortable and the location was excellent, we will definitely be back.

The truth was very comfortable in the accommodation, it was true that there was noise like puppies but that is not the fault of the host. I was going for a medical consultation and decided to stay longer to enjoy the city.

Oscar was very attentive during the stay. There was a problem with the bathroom door, I contacted him to let him know and he immediately sent someone to fix the damage. Excellent service and I would stay at this accommodation again without a problem.

Exceptional stay! We spent a wonderful month in Cuna Mestiza and couldn't recommend it more. The location is ideal, with local amenities/ Walmart- tesco china - mega mart/restaurants just a stone's throw away. The property itself is clean-tidy-well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Diego was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive,helpful & friendly throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay

Very good apartment, it is the second time I have stayed, it has everything you need and is in a very nice area to walk and go out to eat or dinner, I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there is a mini supermarket nearby and also an Aurrera store, we came by car which made it very easy for us to get to the tourist spots in Puebla, Eliut was very attentive and answered quickly! I really recommend the accommodation

The location, room and view was spectacular.

The stay is pleasant and the place is ideal for getting around Cholula. Diana is always attentive and kind. We spent a few very quiet and pleasant days there, the residential development also seems safe.
