Claudia was wonderful to us, she had so much extras in the house for us to have a great stay and was always checking in and ready to help with whatever we needed. The house has a wonderful energy and is in a beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely nature walk in the forested hill nearby. We actually extended our stay longer than planned because we loved her house so much. Clean and so comfortable and the view from the terras was spectacular. The garden is big and spacious and we have two young children so it was great for them. She also has a high chair, baby bath and crib that was so wonderful as travelling with young children many places don’t have them and it makes such a difference. Also there were toys (blocks etc) for the kids that they loved to play with too. I would have loved to stay even longer! :) Thank you so much Claudia this was the best Airbnb stay I have had, no exaggeration :)

Erika was an amazing host, very attentive and always ready to help us. Her instructions were clear and the house was very clean! Their response time was very fast. Despite the bakeries, the area is usually very quiet and peaceful.

We felt right at home, the house was just as described and pictured. The stay was very comfortable and Oscar was very attentive to any concerns. It's true that the neighbors' dogs bark a lot, but it's an issue beyond Oscar's control and it really didn't bother us much. We'd love to come back again. =)

Susana was one of the best hosts we've ever stayed with. She was always very attentive and responded quickly. The place is super quiet, which is something we were looking for since we work from home, but the house is only a 15-minute walk to the San Pedro Zocalo where there is plenty to do. We'd like to return soon!

Starting with David, who was always attentive to our stay, always kind and helpful. The house is very comfortable, it has very nice common areas to have a good time, such as the terrace overlooking the volcanoes and incredible sunsets, very spacious and comfortable, it has many kitchen accessories for your stay, inside a private complex that makes your stay safer, with a good location, almost 20 minutes from downtown Puebla, 15 from downtown Cholula, shopping malls less than 5 minutes away, and good places to eat, in general a very good option for a stay in the city.

We stayed a week. It's a simple house, but everything was clean, sheets, towels, kitchen equipped with everything for cooking. He left us a 10-liter bottle, a box of delicious MAC cookies. It has a mini fridge with freezer. The beds were very comfortable. In the closet he left us hooks. There was always hot water, and good water pressure. I took my pet. The only thing is that the space in the back is mini, the garage is not fenced, but you have a park about 2 blocks away where I could take it for a walk.
