The Airbnb was located in a great area, close to plenty of restaurants, mercados and near the park stadium if you wanted to see those sights. Even though there was construction nearby while we stayed there that did not impeded access to the area or it's surroundings. Located in the 15th floor gave us a great view of the sights far from the san jose city area. Will look again for this listing for my return trip.

This is the third of Karil’s hosted properties that I’ve visited at URBN. Once again, Karil was very communicative and responsive to requests. I needed an early check in because of prior travel plans and he not only was able to accommodate me, but communicated early that the apartment was ready. All of his places are very nicely decorated, warm, welcoming, and well-stocked with cooking tools. He sent a thorough list of local restaurants and shops; his recommendations have been great. It’s very nice to know that each time I visit San Jose and stay in one of Karil’s places I can rely on a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend!

I stayed here after long flights from the UK via Paris. The apartment was clean and the air con worked nicely. The place was clean and comfortable and ideal for somewhere to stay near the airport. (You can hear planes at some times so earplugs are worth taking if you’re a light sleeper.)

This place is an absolute gem—what an incredible value! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located, but the real standout was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. We spent every morning soaking it in with coffee in hand. Sergio was a fantastic host—great communication throughout and thoughtful touches like snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He also tipped us off to the magic of the 31st floor (IYKYK), which made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great spot in San Jose for a couple of people. Suly's place is spotless and comfortable, and the building it is in is very clean and feels completely safe inside. The accommodation is in Sabana Norte, only 600 m walk to the park, where you can find small play islands for children. A green lung in the middle of the city. There are many jogs or for dogs there is a separate area closer to the station. Breakfast is just great. Fresh pinto, what the locals love and need, and also plenty of choice for tourists. We are already there for the 5th time we do our errands from time to time. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for 1,5 months and the place was a little small for 3 people for that amount of time, but it was very comfortable and had everything you need for a long stay. The apartment has a lot of light, but it always in the shade so it has comfortable temperature and a cool breeze and fresh air inside. The building is very interesting and has a lot of amenities. Guido is a great host- very responsive and he addressed all our questions right away.
