Located in Tlalixtac de Cabrera, ten kilometers from the city of Oaxaca, at the foot of the mountains where the Sierra Norte begins. It borders an area protected due to the existence of animal species: deer, hares, coyotes, and others. Its location allows hiking and mountain biking. Ideal for rest, reflection, creativity and for the reunion with himself and with the universe.

In the kitchen there is a new stove with oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, two tables, chairs and benches. It has kitchen utensils, such as pots, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery. The beds have sheets, pillows, covers, towels and hooks for clothes.
