Apartment vacation rentals in San Jacinto Amilpas

Mary Madai is an exceptional host. She is friendly and always quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is great. It’s in a wonderful location just outside of the hustle of Centro but easily walkable to anywhere in the central area of the city. It is impeccably clean and has an amazing rooftop terrace for enjoying sunsets. The apartment also has great features that aren’t available at any other rental I’ve stayed in the city- a washing machine, air conditioning for the warmest days, a toaster oven, a mid-sized new and clean refrigerator, and hot water with great pressure (a real rarity in Oaxaca) The only slight downside to the apartment is a lack of comfortable seating in the living room, but that can be easily managed by rearranging a few pillows and cushions. All-in-all, this is a fantastic rental at a great price and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place is very nice, simple, comfortable, with everything you need, quiet to rest but close to all the points of interest, Gabriel is very kind, attentive, he gave me recommendations for tours, places, he is attentive to what you need, he answers quickly and very attentively, he took the initiative to clean the place during my stay, which is very much appreciated, everything is excellent, thank you very much Gabriel for everything, it was a very nice week in Oaxaca

Very good place to stay, excellent cleanliness and very comfortable

This is truly a 5-star stay. I’ve been in a lot of airbnbs & this has just been one of my favorites. Host are super responsive, place is so clean, kitchen is great and usable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from center (maybe 20) which I didn’t mind because it was so quiet and felt really safe where we stayed. I highly recommend this spot!

The stay was very good, a bit of noise for those around, very good for short stays, a bathroom from a depa I think it was a little dirty above it, and honestly I think the cleaning cost should be worth according to the time of stay, in my opinion it was a little high since we only stayed one night, but in short, very good place!🤙🏽

The apartment was as described, it is very comfortable, it has two full bathrooms which is very practical. The location is good, however it is about a 15-minute walk to the Zócalo area. The area is quiet. It doesn't have parking but every day I left my vehicle on the street and there was no problem, the area is very quiet. The apartment is very comfortable and is enjoyed when arriving after walking all day. Communication was very good with the host and they were always attentive.

Nice place, quiet, close to la Merced market, restaurants, bakeries, bodegas and pharmacies. Farmacia el Ahorro has a doctor, in case you need an emergency, the place is very convenient. Walking to the zocalo takes about 15 minutes. Nice owner, responds quickly. I would wash again.

Very clean and with all services

Jaime's place matched the photos and description. He was very responsive from the time I booked until departure. His place is close to everything... the Zocala, laundromat, gym, and many restaurants, all within a 10-15 min walk. While his place was in the heart of Centro and on a busy street, it was always quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent accommodation, Fernando is a great guy, he helped us at all times, and maintained effective communication. The space was generally tidy and very comfortable.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, exactly as described. There are many good restaurants all around and a short walk to the center. Favorite features included the large and comfortable bed, quiet aircon in the master bedroom, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and provided drinking water. Thanks for a great stay!

Luis's place is excellent fresh and tasteful, a few minutes walking from everything. He is super friendly and attentive. He was waiting for our arrival and departure. We'll definitely be back

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

great place to stay with a big group

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

The apartment is gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. We loved the interiors so much that we asked the host for details. The host ( Rosa) is super helpful, friendly and responsive. From directions, recommendations and even help with receiving a delivery, she had it all covered. The only two (small) vibe dampeners were the apartment is on the 4 th floor with no lift and that we thought the terrace / jacuzzi was private but it's shared. we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Oaxaca and would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
