Il loft di Adrian a Palermo è stato un vero colpo di fortuna! Prima di tutto, Adrian è una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il loft è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Una menzione speciale va al bagno: spazioso, moderno e davvero confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della subte, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è sia “spaziale” che spaziosa, con ampi spazi per rilassarsi e lavorare. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di Adrian: è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Loved our stay here. It’s light, bright, roomy & with a lovely pool. Check-in was so easy and the flat had everything we could possibly need. Pablo was super helpful and accommodating too - muchas gracias!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

We’ve felt really at home. Place was very clean and there is a lot to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it!

Estancia muy agradable, el departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Se encuentra en una zona accesible fácilmente, con opciones gastronómicas para todos los gustos. Los anfitriones siempre disponibles para resolver inquietudes. Muy recomendable.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona de más movida de Palermo, la plaza es hermosa y con juegos espectaculares para niños, además tiene supermercados y otros negocios cerca. No es una zona tranquila, así que no la recomiendo si tienen sueño liviano. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, está bien equipado. Al ser estilo loft hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento total de sonido y luz con el resto del departamento. Pablo es super amable y responde los mensajes rápidamente. Sin dudas volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Buenos Aires!

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

Local muito gostoso e acolhedor. Facil checkin e checkout, lavanderia completa no -1, cafeteria no térreo. Conta com academia. O ar condicionado quente salvou muito nos dias frios que passamos lá. O chuveiro é perfeito! José nos respondeu todas as vezes, sendo um ótimo anfitrião. Recomendo muito !

Great location, beautiful space, responsive host. We had an issue with the sink during our stay and it was taken care of quickly and easily. Be aware that there is a dog in the apartment next door who likes to use their voice if this will bother you. We took advantage of the gym in the building, which is simple but a great amenity away from home. This area of Palermo is a little quieter than Soho, but still quite lively and lots of bars, restaurants, and shops in walking distance.

Un lujo toda la estadía una experiencia que volvería a repetir.

Fui el fin de semana y la verdad me sentí muy bien, todos súper atentos y el depto muy cómodo y súper limpio todo. Gracias y volveremos en alguna otra oportunidad.

A estadia foi excelente, nos sentimos muito acolhidos, o loft é lindo, muito bem decorado, a vista da varanda é um charme, a localização é ótima, estava tudo muito limpo e os anfitriões nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos e foram extremamente solícitos e rápidos no retorno das dúvidas durante a nossa estadia.

Mariana is a gracious host, and made me feel welcome and at ease in her place. I felt free to be myself. I enjoyed having her and Sebastián as my neighbors and their presence made me feel less alone. I especially enjoyed yoga on the terrace, the plants, and the little cat, Donatello. This unit did have some street noise, but I played white noise on my tablet to drown it out while I slept.

Nuestra estadía en el loft de Juan en Núñez fue excelente. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado. El lugar tiene un toque moderno y acogedor, con una decoración minimalista que resalta la amplitud del espacio. La luz natural que entra por los ventanales enormes es espectacular y le da al ambiente una calidez única durante todo el día. El barrio es tranquilo, seguro y agradable para caminar, con buenos cafés y servicios cerca, además de estar bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad. Juan fue un anfitrión atento desde el primer momento, siempre disponible y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Se nota que se preocupa por brindar una experiencia cómoda y de calidad. Ideal para descansar, trabajar o simplemente disfrutar de unos días en Buenos Aires. Recomendamos este loft sin dudarlo y esperamos poder volver pronto.

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei no espaço da Raquel, especialmente pelo atendimento que ela oferece e pelo espaço e localização, que tem tudo o que uma pessoa precisa: transporte público, restaurantes (inclusive veganos/vegetarianos), mercados, farmácias, teatros.....sempre que eu puder, voltarei a me hospedar aqui, altamente recomendável.

Pao es una excelente anfitriona de principio a fin, ella responde rápido es acogedora y muy amable como extra te da recomendaciones al pie de la letra para que puedas visitar lugares si le pides, ella fue parte fundamental de nuestra experiencia en B.A su loft esta super bien ubicado es comodisimo cercano a muchos lugares para conocer, comer rico y pasarlo bien. Sin duda volvería al mismo lugar!

Very cool apartment, I liked the rugged floor and open space a lot. It is very generous and just like the pictures. Stayed for over 1 month, not a lot of natural light, but several great lamps made me forget it. Everyone was super helpful in fixing small things that were missing or not working. Thanks!

Siempre es un placer hospedarse en el depto de Claudia, ella es súper amigable , el departamento es cálido , limpio y bien organizado. Se duerme muy bien, ademas la ubicación es excelente, tranquilo frente a la plaza y con todo cerca. Recomiendo :)
