Loft vacation rentals in San Isidro Partido

Il loft di Adrian a Palermo è stato un vero colpo di fortuna! Prima di tutto, Adrian è una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il loft è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Una menzione speciale va al bagno: spazioso, moderno e davvero confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della subte, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è sia “spaziale” che spaziosa, con ampi spazi per rilassarsi e lavorare. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di Adrian: è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

The apartment is super cute, comfortable and has super fast internet. The location is excellent, a safe neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, cafes and very close to Plaza Italia and public transportation. Maria Giselle is very responsive and replies quickly to any question or enquiry. She was also very flexible with check in and out times. Will stay there again!

The apartment is absolutely charming with a bohemian vibe. I found it super clean and in a great location! Communication with the team was smooth and quick. Highly recommended – truly outstanding value for the price.

Excellent location right in Palermo soho. Many restaurants and bars nearby but without the noise of the street. The hosts were great at communicating, very attentive and responsive. Will definitely recommend this place.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona de más movida de Palermo, la plaza es hermosa y con juegos espectaculares para niños, además tiene supermercados y otros negocios cerca. No es una zona tranquila, así que no la recomiendo si tienen sueño liviano. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, está bien equipado. Al ser estilo loft hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento total de sonido y luz con el resto del departamento. Pablo es super amable y responde los mensajes rápidamente. Sin dudas volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Buenos Aires!

Hugely spacious apartment in a great location, right in the heart of Palermo. A lovely patio space too which is hard to come by in a city centre. Sofia was communicative and attentive to all our needs and we would absolutely recommend for a stay in Buenos Aires!

Sofia was the best, the apartment was, in my opinion, the best location in Palermo. I would always stay at this place if I ever come back to Buenos Aires. 10/10

Pros: Amazing natural light. Feels very much like a home (even as a studio, which is something very difficult to achieve). Caro was SUPER attentive. Location is amazing - especially for longer stays as it's in a quieter area of Palermo but still only a 3-5 minute walk from half a dozen cafes and one of the most trendy cocktail bars in the city. Cons: Honestly, I wish I could come up with some things so that it would be less likely to be rented the next time I'm in Buenos Aires. I just hope Caro acquires a few more of these units so she always has one available for me.

Impecável. O apartamento do Matías é muito organizado, confortável, limpo e ótimo espaço. Lindo condomínio com gentileza dos funcionários. Nos sentimos em casa e recomendo para quem estiver procurando um lugar sossegado, excelente bairro e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade.

Un plaisir de passer un mois entier dans cet endroit splendide. Le quartier est super, les prestations de l'appartement sont top et Gustavo est le plus charmant des hôtes. J'espère pouvoir retourner passer du temps au même endroit. Parfait pour un séjour court ou long, vous allez adorer !

Alejandro was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive and flexible. He coordinated early check and stowed our bags for us all day on the day of check out. He also provided lots of recommendations and was easy to work with throughout the stay. The apartment is super well located near lots of restaurants and is near the D Metro line which seemed to be the line we used most. The neighborhood felt very safe at night and was walkable to tons of restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone stay here and would definitely stay again.

Mariana is a gracious host, and made me feel welcome and at ease in her place. I felt free to be myself. I enjoyed having her and Sebastián as my neighbors and their presence made me feel less alone. I especially enjoyed yoga on the terrace, the plants, and the little cat, Donatello. This unit did have some street noise, but I played white noise on my tablet to drown it out while I slept.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo, el barrio en que se encuentra es muy tranquilo y tiene varios sitios donde comer. Juan muy atento a todo! Pero para mi gusto quedaba alejado de zonas turísticas, 50 min saliendo del departamento para ir al subte y llegar al obelisco, por ejemplo.

Acogedor lugar, la anfitriona responde rápidamente, muy amable y clara. Definitivamente la recomendaría.

Lugar súper lindo, bien ubicado. Nos respondieron muy rápido con todo y fueron muy amables. Estuvimos muy cómodas

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

El alojamiento de Claudia es muy hermoso, tiene un patio divino donde podes disfrutar de un árbol de palta y una palmera es una paz en medio de Palermo, estaba todo impecable y Claudia es muy amorosa sin duda volvería de nuevo
