It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.

The stay at the Valentin house was priceless. We felt very comfortable and totally enjoyed the rainy days under the glass ceiling in the lounge area. The location is unbeatable especially if you are there on the weekend and can stroll through the street market. The kitchen is equipped for a longer stay with everything you need. We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

Bathroom has hot water The relatively new room, great facilities, has a heater, plus a few more items - in mine I had an electric kettle, already in my parents' kettle, electric kettle, electric sandwich maker and filter with the option of hot and cold water, so it's your luck. It offers a simple breakfast, with the option of chocolate or coffee or coffee with milk accompanied by toast with sweet milk and cream cheese.

Clara is an excellent host. Always attentive to details. The breakfast is delicious and super complete. We were going with 3 children and he made sure that what they liked was not missing at breakfast. The SPECTACULAR house and the divine and enjoyable garden. The space for breakfast is beautiful. The art gallery on the basement is a differential. Clara took us on a tour and told us about the works and her artists. It was our first B&B experience and we would definitely do it again! Super grateful to Clara for her kindness and dedication!

Maggie was a delight, and the place was very comfortable. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Maggie and her daughter offered me coffee and mate in the morning and we had nice conversations. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They gave me suggestions of places to go around the area and were very kind and interesting to talk to. Definitely would recommend this place, thanks so much Maggie and Frida! :)

I would this property. The room was very clean and cozy. It is possible to leave things at the reception after check out which is really good. Also, we were able to check in early.
