Spectacular house with pool in downtown San Isidro

Relax with the whole family in this unique house. Located in the lower part of San Isidro, steps from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings. The neighborhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-story house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, lots of natural light and cold/hot air in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, grill and glass patio.

Minimalist top-floor loft house, surrounded by greenery, with a terrace, large balcony and view of the equestrian center. Bright. It works as a 3rd floor. Super-King bed, double glazing, radiant floor heating, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. My workshop is on the ground floor with separate access and entrance. Perfect isolation. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions/pets.
