Super-King bed, double glazing, radiant floor heating, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. My workshop is on the ground floor with separate access and entrance. Perfect isolation. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions/pets.

The Mitre train, Tigre branch, is approximately 5 blocks away. Various means of transportation for you to get around the city. One block from the Tigre court. It has all the amenities. There are supermarkets 3 blocks away, kiosks, restaurants and, above all, ice cream parlors. THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL RENTAL. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
