Beautiful apartment, close to everything, comfortable, and well-equipped

The apartment is very bright and has all the necessary amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Very quiet area. Located just a few meters from the San Isidro station on the Mitre train line and close to all means of transportation and dining options. Guests can walk to the river, the fitness trail, or the racetrack. The main cathedral is also very close, as is the north coast train to visit Tigre or Villa López along the river. 1 hour from airports and downtown Buenos Aires (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires).

Spacious private outdoor garage with manual opening. 2nd floor facing the street with total privacy, without neighbors' windows that allow a view into the apartment. Excellent location: 6 blocks from the San Isidro train station 5 from the racecourse 4 blocks from Avenida Centenario Very close to the Historic Center, the Cathedral and the San Isidro Shopping Center. 15 minutes from the Delta del Tigre River Station and "Puerto de Frutos."
