Beautiful house in private neighborhood. It has all the comforts to spend a relaxed stay and surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for going with children, and enjoying the pool. Agustina and Federico were always very attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. I 100% recommend this place.

With my family (5) we had a really nice stay. The house is conveniently located, close to shops and transportation. The area is safe and can be returned at night without problems. The kitchen was well equipped. We always have breakfast in the house, even in the garden. Highly recommended and will definitely take it into account for our next trip.

Wonderful house and hosts. The photos truly don't do the house justice. It is a beautiful home with lots of lovely touches. a beautiful space to rest. 2 blocks from the avenue with many businesses. The pool and grill are excellent. The only thing to note is that there is only one bedroom so in family mode there is no privacy.

Deby’s place is super beautiful, and extremely good value for money. it doesn’t have a pool but she kindly left us a “pelopincho” (portable pool?) that was a blessing for some scalding summer days :) if I need to criticize something it would be that the place is a bit old and some things show it, like low water pressure, a broken shower head, etc — still, amazing value for money!

We really had a wonderful week staying at Juan Pablo's place. The photos accurately reflect all the environments and he was attentive to all our needs. I'm going to detail each of the most relevant aspects of our stay: NEIGHBORHOOD: Very quiet and safe Surrounded by trees and green spaces, the streets are cobblestone so there's really not much transit. While it is super calm, there are places to go to buy what is needed (supermarket, bakery, etc.). We also use food delivery and supermarket at home without problems. HOUSE: All the rooms are beautiful and thought out down to the last detail. Juan Pablo left everything ready and ready so we can only enjoy it. The room is spacious, and you can't hear a noise from the outside thanks to the reinforced windows. In addition, Juan Pablo conditioned us with a toddler bed so our baby could sleep with us. The en-suite bathroom had all the items we could need for our stay without us having to bring anything. Really super complete. The playroom was IDEAL for our stay with our girl, because she was super entertained with tooodos the games that there was while we enjoyed a series/film in the meantime. Really great entertainment for the little ones! The kitchen is super equipped with all we need for the stay, and everything working properly. We also had guests to eat and we had no crockery or cutlery issues because it reached everything for everyone! The garden/grill/pool was great, all ten points, we were able to enjoy everything enormously. There is even a children's cottage that also enjoyed my little one. HOST: As it already appears from my review, Juan Pablo was attentive to everything, at all times, always attentive to our needs and answering all our questions. You can tell your commitment and interest because we have a beautiful stay. As for all that said, we would really pick them again many times over again! Thank you very much for everything!

We had wonderful time at Eugenios apartment. The apartment was beautiful and had a personal touch to it. It was really inspiring. Eugenio was a very kind and warm person. He was also truly helpful and gave us very good advice on exploring the city. When we were leaving he even gave us good recomendations and tips regarding our further journey. He was also very flexible with check in/out times. Thank you Eugenio. You made our visit to Buenos Aires very special. ❤️

Luciano and his manager were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Because my husband worked from the apartment, I am happy to say that the high speed internet and the air conditioning worked very well, and the table in the corner was a nice place to set up his office. The bathrooms were modern, the water pressure was good and the water was hot. Although the main bedroom had a squeaky mattress, it was nice to have a king bed and the bedding was comfortable. Because the apartment is on an open courtyard, it was quiet, especially at night. It's difficult to choose the right place for a long stay (we were there for 4 weeks). We were very happy with our choice and would recommend it.

This place is utterly magical on so many levels. The apartment has been refurbished with exquisite taste, and the cupola is truly one of the most breathtaking sights I’ve encountered in a building—and that’s saying something, having been born and raised in Buenos Aires for 28 years. If you happen to find it available during your stay, you’d be quite mad not to book it. One note to bear in mind is the number of stairs, which may be a consideration for those with young children or elderly guests—but rest assured, the views awaiting you at the top more than justify the climb. The staff (Cris and Agustina) are marvelous and very responsive to every need of their guests. We had such an incredible time during our stay. Jennifer is, without a doubt, the finest host I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with on Airbnb. I will book again with her no question.

Federico is for sure a super host. He promptly responses and addresses any inquiries. The apartment is clean, quite, equipped with full kitchen with quality pots and pans. The location is also the best, surrounded with parks (our favourite Eco parque), close to all supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Near bus stops and Palermo subway station. We had a great time. Highly recommend it. If we go back to Buenos Aires this would be definitely our place to stay again. Thanks again to Federico for providing all the things we needed inside the apartment.

I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

An apartment that comes with everything you need for a good and comfortable stay. The place is very conveniently located, close to transportation, supermarket, etc. As for Santiago, he responds very quickly and is kind, he allowed us to check out a little later, as stipulated.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from Germán and his dad. They were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The location is excellent, very quiet apartment. The building is very well maintained and is super safe. Lots of shops nearby. Thank you!

I highly recommend it, the house is huge, comfortable, spacious, with super comfortable armchairs, the kitchenware is excellent. It has a large park, quincho and swimming pool. Everything is perfectly taken care of! Paulette complied with everything agreed, we will be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay — the hosts are very responsive and gave us great recommendations for places we needed in the area. The house is also much bigger than it appears in the photos and we had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Palermo is such a cute neighborhood with so many cafes, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very good stay, house located in the heart of Palermo, close to restaurants and bars, the house is spacious, and has a beautiful exterior (beware of mosquitoes!)

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of four. I spent so much time on the terraces and in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the piano!
