The neighborhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-story house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, lots of natural light and cold/hot air in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, grill and glass patio.

Minimalist house on the top floor, surrounded by greenery, with a terrace, large balcony and equestrian views. It works as a 3rd floor. Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with completely separate access. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
