This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

Space sleeps four and offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and two daybeds in the livingroom. The larger daybed is twin sized and the smaller daybed is adequate for a person about 5 ft or less. The bathroom has beautiful Italian Arabescato marble and cool turkish limestone. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Conveniently located in the City of Alhambra. Easy access to freeway I-10, 101, I-710, I-5, and 60 Freeway. The house is in safe, quiet, and family friendly neighborhood. The 2 bedroom and 1 bath back duplex is separated from the front main house by lock door. Guests will have their own private entrance and the whole space to the back house. Granada Park is a safe park one block away where pets and dogs can enjoy a stretch and run.
