Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

I loved the location … and that Trader Joe’s was right underneath us so it made it super convenient to grab food and bring it up and cook it :) And the bed was super comfy. And I loved that there was a washer and dryer on the premises as well. Thanks for the fun space to be in.

I was in LA for a work conference and Mari’s place was absolutely perfect! Easy 5 min drive to West Hollywood/Melrose. Close to lots of restaurants and even a small market one block away to grab some groceries. The space itself was very spacious, quiet, and extremely clean. It was great to have a parking spot as well to not have to deal with street parking. Mari was very communicative, friendly, and the whole check in process was easy. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great house in an established neighborhood close to Disneyland. There were 5 adults and 3 children staying at the house and it was very comfortable! We only had breakfast at the house and spent our days at Disneyland so can't comment on the barbecue or hottub since we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Disneyland; it's in great proximity to the parks. John and Candy were very responsive when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the showers.

We have stayed at Taylor’s place several times! It’s a great multilevel unit so if you don’t mind stairs you are golden. Everything is clean and it feels like home. We love the rooftop terrace and garage and you can’t beat the location. We love the space as it has 3 bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Great AC and overall just a lovely home.

Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Wonderful place in the suburbs of Alhambra. Near the freeway to LA. Close to Pasadena. My wife stayed here with my brother, sister in law, and my 5 month old nephew and we loved it. Very convenient. They had baby stuff that came with the house. Richard is great in communication as well if you need anything. 100% recommend it!

This little place is one of my all-time favorite LA airbnb rentals--incredible views and lots of natural light, very private, kitchen was well-equipped, host was very helpful and responsive. It's very close to WeHo shops and restaurants and also just a short drive up Laurel Canyon to Mulholland and some beautiful hiking trails. I'd definitely stay here again.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

We had such a lovely stay at Robin & Cindy’s place! The unit was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable—especially the king bed, which was our favorite part. It was very spacious for a studio, with plenty of room for two people. The sofa was super comfy, and we enjoyed relaxing with the large TV. The in-suite washer and dryer worked great and were super convenient. The amenities were fantastic. The clubhouse was gorgeous, and since it was cold during our visit, we stuck to the hot tub. The gym was well-equipped with a lat pulldown, cables, free weights, Smith machine, leg extension/curl machines, hip abduction/adduction machine, and a chest press—way more than expected! Thoughtful touches like the Brita filter made a difference, and the Level 2 Tesla charger was a big plus. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, with lots of restaurants nearby. Robin & Cindy were responsive and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for over a week and loved it! Located a few minute walk away from a grocery store and restaurants, it's also walkable to The Grove and other sites near mid-Wilshire. The apartment itself is clean & modern, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supplies (including oil & spices), cleaning supplies, and same with the bathroom amenities. There were also extra towels and blankets in the roomy walk-in closet, and super convenient having a gym and trash chutes in the building. Also no issues at all with air conditioning/heater and hot water. The hosts were wonderful - responsive, extremely helpful & accommodating when possible. The only setback during the stay (which was out of the hosts' control) was when the building's fire alarm falsely rang 3 separate times - once even at midnight, so hopefully the building fixes this issue soon. Other than that, I always felt safe and would recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in LA!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay with our family! The host was very responsive and accommodated a late check-in time which we really appreciated. There was a minor issue with the door lock and it was addressed immediately by the host. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and well situated. The kids loved the heated pool in the building and it was just a very easy stay for us in LA. Just book it!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.

Nic was a great host with the best of attentions. Instructions for entry and exit were very clear and easy to follow. The whole apartment was beautiful, cozy and pristine. Location is also great, being near all the classic spots you might wanna check out on a trip to LA but also close to great local recommendations (some of them provided by Nic himself) and the cherry on top is the available parking inside the building because renting a car is a must when going to Los Angeles. Undoubtedly we will be staying at Nic´s again.
