L’alloggio di Chiara corrisponde alla descrizione. È pulito ed in una ottima posizione, molto vicina alla fermata del tram che porta in pochi minuti alla stazione dei treni e quindi al centro città. Appartamento in un contesto di recente costruzione e tranquillo. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione dell’appartamento. Chiara è una host molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con lei è ottima e fornisce consigli molto utili sia per quanto riguarda i ristoranti che le attività da fare. Consigliata!

What a perfect place for our Italian adventure. We spent 4 weeks at Franchesca’s apartment using as our base as we visited various parts of Italy. The apartment is located in the historic zone but away from the bustle of the tourist attractions. Everything you want to see or do in Florence is an easy 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. The private backyard was an absolute treat and a great place to sit and chat with a nice glass of wine. The back bedroom, was super quiet and had a great view of that backyard. Both bathrooms are located in the front of the apartment, so away from the back bedroom. The front bedroom bordered the street, so some noise should be expected but our party never found it objectionable, after all this is city living so one shouldn’t expect total silence. Franchesca was a welcoming host, and promptly responded to any questions.

Andrea was a great host! Helped us settle in and explained how things worked. Recommended a few spots and was kind enough to move the checkin time. Overall, a very pleasant and efficient experience! Great for those who need to grab the train! Thank you again!

Departamento super cómodo, ubicación estrategica para moverse por toda Florencia caminando o en tranvia, bus. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable

Alloggio ordinato, pulito e di facile raggiungimento dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. Ben collegato al centro con la tramvia e con il bus 23. Quariere tranquillo con supermercati vicini e ben forniti. Da considerare nuovamente per un altro soggiorno a Firenze.

Ich war für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft und habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Am liebsten mochte ich den Innenhof. Das Appartement wirkt etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern, so dass ich beim Reinkommen zuerst etwas enttäuscht war. Nachdem ich dann aber die Gardinen geöffnet hatte, war alles gut! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Das einzige, das ich etwas vermisste, war eine Spülmaschine. :-) Der Kontakt mit Rosi war sehr gut, zuverlässig, sympathisch und bei Fragen antwortete sie schnell.

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Abbiamo alloggiato qua per la notte di capodanno visto la casa era molto vicina alla splendida villa la Ferdinanda dove si teneva un evento . Bellissima casa nelle colline e con molta tranquillità super consigliata per chi appunto come dicevo deve partecipare a eventi e matrimoni che si tengano alla villa. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile poiché non aveva prenotazioni il giorno dopo ci ha posticipato l orario di uscita .

Lorenzo has been the best host we have ever had in airbnb. First, he accepted immediately and with no questions our short notice request to shorten our stay by a day when our flight plans suddenly changed. Second he equipped the rental with all sorts of baby stuff to accommodate our baby during our stay. Third, we was extremely helpful when after a rainy week in fiesole the hills were muddy and we got stuck, he used his tractor to pull us out in the middle of the night. All in all to say he was an extremely helpful and friendly host and we highly recommend his place.

Massimo je skvelý hostiteľ. priateľský, ústretový, nič pre neho nebol problém. Skvelé uvítanie s ochutnávkou domácich produktov. Vysvetlil nám ako funguje doprava vlakom do Florencie, vie podať presné informácie o zaujímavostiach v okolí. Veľmi sa nám páčilo. Ďakujeme

I spent three months living at Andrea and Ilaria's lovely place in Girone. They were always so kind and helpful, I felt like family. Girone Is a wonderful place, calm and green, right by the river, but with a frequent bus service into town a short walk away. it's so pleasant to be out in the garden, and the place has everything you need. Very grateful to have had the time here.

Cosy place to stay in Firenze, totaly recommend. The location is very good, the flat itself is very clean and roomy. All the necessary things was provided.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Sabrina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und klar geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung schnell wohl gefühlt. Sie ist besonders, aufgrund der ausgestellten Kunst. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank Sabrina! 😄

Wow, my family and I had an incredible stay at this location. We enjoyed the cleanlinesses, spaciousness and all the comforts of having the amenities, such as a full kitchen! Thanks so much for an amazing stay and we are already dreaming of retuning!

Siamo stati da Giada per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Accolti da una ragazza sorridente,gentile e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che ci tiene a fare le cose per bene.Appartamento luminoso, ordinato,pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.Posizione tattica in zona pedonale di Scandicci e vicino alla fermata del tram dove in 20 min si arriva in centro a Firenze. Attorno hai bar, pizzerie, gelaterie negozi e un po’ di tutto. Il sabato nella piazza c’è il mercato,un piccolo “Porta Portese “ dove si trova veramente di tutto. Grazie Giada siamo stati benissimo,torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!

Very comfortable apartment with extremely comfy bed. Free parking in very secure private property is a great bonus. Fatmira is very responsive host and we would return to this lovely place.

Carla’s place was a good place. Carla greeted us at the unit, she was kind and had lots of great suggestions of where to eat and visit. The unit was roomier than we expected there was lots of space to feel at home, interesting high wood beam ceilings and roomie living room. The view of the Duomo was amazing, the location is great. We walked all over Florence and it was only 20 minutes to Piazza Michael Angelo and 2O minutes from the train station. The noise outside the unit at night was a lot.

There were 7 of us on this trip, and Kate Apartment had everything we needed - plenty of beds and rooms to arrange our preferred sleeping arrangements, 3 bathrooms so no one was waiting around for their turn, and the washing machine was the topping on the cake, truely a godsend that we really needed and took advantage of. Giusy was so accomodating and desirous that our stay work out right that she kept in regular touch before our arrival and even met us late in the evening when we arrived. I was a little perturbed at the government requirement (as she explained it) that AirBNB hosts obtain passport information just like hotels do, but the app she selected to help us do that was very easy to use and made the process pretty smooth.

Un beau petit logis au coeur de la campagne Toscane, je recommande ! Belle vue, bon accueil, bonnes nuits ! Pour aller à Florence, le train semble plus approprié que la voiture :)
