It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. Beautifully located in the middle of Tuscany and not far from Florence. Beautiful old country house. Wonderful hosts, we felt very comfortable.

Apartment above expectations! Spacious, clean, nothing is missing. Great value! Good for the location (not close to downtown, but close to bus and tram), we were well received and followed for all needs. We would have liked to stay longer, recommended!

Excellent stay, the house is amazing, extremely clean and the host is very responsive. I would recommend it 100%. We had an unforgettable stay and enjoyed the terrace outside.

Ania and husband were attentive and responsive hosts who made sure a faulty lamp was quickly replaced the same day. And if you love dogs, you’re in for a treat - their mastiff/hound and sheepdog are there to welcome you at the start and end of each day.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to Florence city center. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the closed garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment, Antonio was very helpful. The apartment is cool, but more suitable for people without children, because the apartment is not very suitable for children. Also, if you have a lot of things or heavy suitcases, a stroller, then from the elevator to the apartment there is a fairly steep staircase, because the apartment is located on the attic floor. But has 2 very cool terraces with a great view!!! Of the disadvantages personally of mine: very small and not quite comfortable kitchen(but that's only if you are going to cook). Not very good hot water pressure. Otherwise, I liked the apartment! Thank you Antonio!!!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.
