Tall airy ceiling and minimalist decor, VIP guests can unwind after a long day of work/entertainment. The 8 people dining table serves as conference area and work space for remote workers. Enhanced cleaning protocol is implemented between each visit. Some furniture may have moved around the house. Open spacious floor plan. 2 bed/1.5 bath loft condo on top floor with designated parking space below building. Overlooking Santana Row's trendy restaurants and high end shops. The perfect location to spend a weekend of shopping and entertainment. Also, the condo is equipped with office amenities for business travelers - printer, office desk, cable TV, a touch screen computer ( upon request ). We offer name brand king size bed with new Ghost mattress, new fridge and TV in media room/ NEST/ Bluetooth speaker. Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

Gea’s place was perfect for our stay in San Jose. It was close and walkable to family we were visiting and also close to the gorgeous Rose Garden. The space is light and bright with lots of windows; it felt so spacious and inviting. Gea has tastefully appointed her loft with a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water to shower and a warm, comfortable living space to relax in. It felt like home to us. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Gea is a very responsive host and was extremely accommodating to our requests. We highly recommend Gea’s place for a visit to San Jose.

We had a wonderful stay. The loft was well appointed with many thoughtful touches, and the snacks and drinks provided on arrival were much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked for light food/coffee/tea prep, and the bathroom was roomy and clean. We enjoyed coming back to the loft at the end of a long day exploring SF and just unwinding sitting in front of the window and looking out over the lights of the city. Having access to driveway parking was a relief as street parking on those steep SF streets is no joke. Spencer was an excellent host who provided great communication from booking through checkout. We would love to stay here again if we return to San Francisco.

Grace was a great host! She answered all our questions and helped whenever needed. It was a pleasure meeting her and we had a great stay at her house. It was just what we needed for our business trip! Having three independent suite rooms worked really nice for our team. We didn't realize one of the bathrooms, was a shared by two rooms until we got there, but we made do just fine. She left some fresh fruit, eggs and cheese in the fridge for us to eat after our very loooong flights, that was much appreciated to wake up and not have to go shopping on the first day.

Amazing stay at Santana Row! The loft was absolutely beautiful—stylish, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!). It’s located in a great spot, perfect for enjoying everything Santana Row has to offer. The host was incredible—welcoming, responsive, and extremely accommodating to our family of five plus our dogs. We accidentally left behind some clothing items, and he kindly mailed them back to us right away. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place 100%. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a really good stay. we were there for work, so it was great for travelling around from plus wholefoods close by. plenty of space for two people in the apartment - can get warm but just open windows. slightly noisy by the highway and some might find the location a little sketchy - but as a base while there for work, it was great. Jessy was responsive, the place was clean, and we had what we needed. wifi cut out a few times but otherwise exactly what we needed. thank you Jessy!

This is the 6th time we stayed at Mark's beautiful Santana Row home. Prior to this, we had rented other condos and lofts at the Row, but we are so glad we found Mark's place -- it's the best property here. Perfect location and the home is spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. It is fully equipped, parking is great and beds are comfy. Mark is a wonderful host and very accommodating. 10/10!

I stayed at Amol's loft with some friends/co-workers while we were in SF working an event nearby. Checkin was smooth as can be, Amol reached out before hand to be sure we understood the instructions and offered support if we had issues, which we did not. The loft is exactly as pictured, very clean and tidy, well stocked, stylish, and comfortable. Having the roof top deck was an incredible treat and luxury, it proved to be a uniqe and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city and was a great place to drink morning coffee and unwind from the day in the evening. Stunning views and perspective of the heart of the city. I'd highly recommend Amol's loft to anyone staying in SF, especially if you want a solid home base that is quiet and feels safer than many parts of the city.

A beautiful, sunny loft space with cozy furnishings and really well-thought-out floorplan of space that really exceeded my expectations. The unit is behind/on the side of three lovely Victorian homes all by the same owner/couple. Tim and Lisa were so accommodating and very quick to respond and communicate with me. They had set up a couple of things for me before I got in that I expressed would be nice for my stay. The property is quiet and the neighbors and quite nice and helpful. This renovated loft unit has a large kitchen, a gorgeous deck off the back, a completely open floorplan with skylights (bedroom with blackout curtains/window up top and everything else down), and beautiful foliage with large picture windows and a sliding door to the courtyard. The unit is bigger than it appears in the photos and was more than enough for 2 adults. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the interesting artwork and antique-feeling clawfoot bathtub! Wifi was strong and overall the place had a ton of storage space - this was great for a month's stay. Thanks again, Tim and Lisa!

David is a great host. Very attentive and helpful at check in without being intrusive. His loft is tastefully appointed and both bedroom and living room are very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent too. Well provisioned kitchen, with coffee, teas, sugar, plus spices and so forth. Also everything one needs for cleaning and laundry. Proximity to the BART is a real plus, also buses. Walking distance to lots of things too. This loft is a good place for an Oakland, urban experience. Very convenient and comfortable.

This is the second time I have stayed at the house and once again it was a very pleasant experience. Very well-equipped house, in a quiet location, with easy access to public transportation (bus stop in front of the house). Communication with the host is always very fast and kind. I highly recommend it.
