Fabulous Artist Flat in the Heart of Potrero Hill

Decorated in the eclectic bohemian spirit of San Francisco, the living space is filled with original artwork, vibrant colors and souvenirs from travel. The flat, with its easy-going creative vibe, just might be the place you discover inspiration for your next project. We have always used a commercial grade steamer on mattresses, pillows and duvets after each guest. Please no shoes worn inside. The flat is clean, comfortable and familiar, and at the same time filled with eclectic artistic touches that surprise and delight our guests. To help you with your bearings: It’s walking distance to UCSF Mission Bay Women's and Children's Hospital, Chase Center, Adobe, Pinterest, Airbnb HQ, Zygna, California College of the Arts and the Showplace Square/Design Center. The SF Muni bus lines #22, #19 and #10 are close by. The Muni T line is about 5 blocks away for access to the downtown Financial Center or shopping at Union Square. You are close to two CAL train stations for easy access to Silicon Valley. Additionally, it is: 25 minutes drive from San Francisco International Airport 15 minute walk to Chase Center 20-25 minute walk to Oracle Park Stadium 5 minute walk to UCSF Medical Center Situated between the 280 and 101 freeways, which makes it an ideal location for travel south to the Peninsula, or if you have to go the East Bay via 80 freeway. The flat is located in a mixed use live/work neighborhood, part single family homes and part small business and warehouses. The flat is equipped with secure Wi-Fi, linens, sheets, towels, cozy blankets and warm down comforters. We have a king Tuft and Needle bed in the bedroom plus a queen bed in part of the double parlor. Roku tv, NetFlix, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, Additional kitchen essentials include pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and microwave. There's a coffee maker in the kitchen for you, but if you're feeling spirited in the morning, it's a 3 minute walk up the hill to a neighborhood coffee shop. A stretch of local restaurants - both casual and fine - begins a block away. No chain restaurants in this neighborhood! A neighborhood mail center is walking distance for your UPS and FedEx package drop-offs, or to buy and mail some San Francisco souvenirs or postcards. Add the easiest neighborhood parking in San Francisco (it’s true!) plus a host that will help you get settled in, and be available throughout your stay to answer any questions…well, you have found a great place to stay! I hope you'll consider our flat for a little Southern hospitality and San Francisco charm. The flat is located in Potrero Hill, a neighborhood known for its sunny weather and stunning views of the city. Grab brunch at Plow or one of the many non-chain restaurants, and then spend the afternoon exploring neighborhoods like the Mission, Noe Valley, Dogpatch or Union Square. SF Airport is approx 25 minutes away by car. We are about a 15 minute walk to Chase Center, and a 25-30 minute walk to Oracle Park. Potrero is a live/work neighborhood filled with single-family homes and warehouses.
