10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Great, safe location! Big house with everything we needed for our large family of 7. Comfy beds, and lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play! Sam was an awesome host too! He helped us late night while we were dealing with an issue at another airbnb. He called us right away to connect, went over to the home and turned the heat on for our arrival, let us check out late since we came in so late, really saved the day on the bad experience we were having with another owner, and he was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and are so thankful to have found such an awesome host!!! AWESOME STAY!!!

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

My mother stayed at Abby's place for over one week while visiting the area and enjoyed her stay very much. The unit was modern, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house and the entire neighborhood are quiet and well-maintained. The host is very friendly and responsive. We hope to book this unit again when we have family in town.

Exceptional hilltop home! Highly recommend. Full wall of windows offers stunning views, and living room and kitchen are flooded with natural light. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed throughout. Entire home has a designer touch. Well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, furniture and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the fragrant, well-maintained spring garden, with numerous blooming daffodils and hyacinths. Walking paths throughout. Geraldine was responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants that proved spot-on. Geraldine has clearly put careful thought into creating a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Perfect for anyone seeking a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting

I love Miramar beach, and this place was so cozy and unique! We found the place to be very roomy-We could hear the waves at night, see the waves crashing in the rocks from several windows…. (The only thing I wish was an opportunity was that the front windows opened so we could smell the sea air)….. But there was a couple of benches right out the front door to go sit upon which were 50 feet from the sea! The place had everything we needed! Even use of an additional full size Refrigerator located in the garage as we were staying for 4 days, and there was 3 adults. Also, very nice was the use of the washer/dryer in the garage. I loved the artful uniqueness of the waves house, and felt privileged to be surrounded by beautiful Art that the owner graciously shared and mostly the Ocean right at the front door. The famous Miramar Restaurant (one of our favorite places to dine) was a few houses down the block, right on the waterfront again! We had evetything and more! Thank you!

My two adult daughters and myself had a quick overnight stay in San Jose and this place was perfect! Clean! Comfy beds! Plenty of room! We stayed in the third floor suite which had a kitchen and a sweet little reading nook. We will definitely book again when heading through San Jose!

Although our trip was a short weekend trip, Nick’s place suited all our needs and had a lot to space to accommodate our party. If we return to that area in the future, we would definitely book again. Thank you.

Great house for a big group!

House was perfect for gathering family and friends for wedding. Plenty of space to spread out. We had two brides get ready on wedding day and next day family brunch. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms for large group. Extra beds for added family - we had 12 people with still room for more. Long driveway for several cars. Beautiful old house that has been nicely remodeled. Convenient location to anywhere in Oakland and easy uber to close by Bart and restaurants.

This is our 2nd time at this Airbnb. We took my husband’s family here for our very first family vacation and they had a blast. House is very spacious and has lots of space to sleep. We utilized the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Everyone had a good time! We were able to bring our to doggos with us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The hosts are always quick and very responsive.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the home has all the amenities including anything you may have forgotten. . They have paddle boards, kayaks, extra coffee, water, spices and oils and a lot of other things. Linens were clean and the place was super nice. Definitely will be back !

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The location was fantastic -- private, peaceful, and beautiful, while also being a close driving distance to Geyserville and Healdsburg and all the wonderful wineries in the area. The master bedroom is huge, open, bright, and surrounded in windows and decks with gorgeous views -- looking down at the pool area, and out to the woods. We paid extra money to heat the pool, but unfortunately, even though the day was pleasant (72 degrees and sunny), the pool was shaded by the trees, so we didn't spend much time in the pool. But on a hot, sunny day, the pool would be a wonderful way to cool off. It's smaller than anticipated, but perfect for dipping and floating. We enjoyed the hot tub. We comfortably sat all eleven of us around the dining room table off the kitchen. It was fun to be able to share a meal together. The living room is split levels, with a pool table on the upper level and the couches on the lower level.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacey home on a magnificent and uniquely designed property. As a long-term Airbnb customer, this place ranked at the TOP for me and my family! Want to stay at somewhere special, in a neighborhood unique, with extraordinary comfort and special outdoor service and play? Book it! This home is SPECIAL! Perfectly priced, wonderfully managed by always-available staff and crew, this is now one of my favorites. Looking forward to returning!

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

Definitely five star quality of decor and architecture..Qian was super accommodating, absolutely amazing - so kind, and friendly. And the bed was super comfortable and atmosphere was very tranquil. We felt like we were in Tuscany. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Qian :)

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful property. Our kids loved the swing set, the yard, watching deer and listening to frogs, and all the toys and games inside. The adults in our party enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and spacious clean property.
