Small apartment well organized and with all amenities, even more than I expected. Very close to the beach. Alberto is a very helpful and friendly host, ready to respond to any need. Highly recommended!

Great location and very clean and secure

Cinzia is a really kind and helpful lady. The house is impeccable and welcoming with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There were four of us and a small dog. Among other things, and not insignificantly, Cinzia is really pet-friendly. Kind of like being home. On Via Bafile. In short, highly recommended.

Carlotta is a totally sweet and friendly host. Check-in was super straightforward and she responded quickly to messages. The apartment was sparkling clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need. We also felt very safe in the apartment (fenced property, thick apartment door with peephole and camera). Unfortunately, only the Wi-Fi hardly works in the back bedrooms, but we could at least overlook that. The ground-level terrace is also super nice to enjoy the sun a little and the beach is just around the corner. All in all, I highly recommend Carlotta's apartment!

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back due to the cleanliness and the value for money. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

All good, Bit far from Venice City but transportations are easily accessible and very near to beach, so dream place to stay for a family of 4 to 5 people.

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) spent 9 nights at Anna's place. It was just perfect - 2 separate large bathrooms, air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living room, well equipped kitchen, 2 fridges (one small fridge was on the terrace), 2 large terraces, walking distance to the beach with a private entrance...we couldn't wish for anything more. We'd definitely return and recommend to everyone!

We had a great holiday in Vanessa's apartment and the beautiful surroundings. Vanessa gave us lots of tips and was proactive with communication. She welcomed us warmly and gave us great information. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again. Thank you Vanessa!

Thomas was helpful, communicated on a level and resolved any issue quickly. The apartment is part of a quiet residence, further from mass tourism, despite the attractiveness of Lido di Jesolo, we were not under the pressure of tourists. We had a wonderful family vacation, we rolled by the beach and visited Venice, which are extremely close. In the house it was possible to barbecue and bathe in the residential pool, German cleanliness ruled everywhere. There was yoga practice on the deck and the amenities were great. The apartment was an absolute dream for us. Equipped with everything you need, including various food. Ugo and Graziella were great hosts. They welcomed us warmly and were always available for us. We will be happy to come back.

Fully equipped, awesome little home in perfect location. Set up with all you need for a great holiday. Clean and comfy. Shuttters for a good sleep, lovely balcony. Carlotta was super-helpful, giving all the advice we needed. Beach access was quick and nice, grocery stores in few minutes walking, restaurants, shops all around. Cafe Hawai is right under the building, with everything you need for breakfast, snack, lunch, siesta chill-outs. Pool was a super nice feature. On the photos there used to be a trampoline, that we did not find, but pool was perfect without it anway. Free parking was available few blocks away, the only thing you need your car is unloiading and loading your luggages on arraival/departure. everything is walking distance, plus there is bus service two blocks from apartment. Briefly we had splendid time our little one and us truly enjoyed the place. Afternoon petang games, beach-volleyball, everything you needed. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

The property is as described, right on the stand, with its own loungers. The location is great, central and everything is within walking distance. We were very satisfied, especially with the location!

We had fantastic days in Marta's cozy and beautiful apartment on the Lido and felt very comfortable! Perfect for families with children and groups of friends, spacious living room, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great balcony overlooking the Hotel Excelsior and very close to the beach. Everything is perfect and very nice. We would love to come back anytime and very much - thank you, dear Marta and dear Matteo!

Aldo and his wife are a really nice couple who make you feel welcome. If you like walking/cycling, eating & drinking & watching the sunset on the lagoon then you will like it here.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!
