Monthly Rentals in San Filippo a Ponzano

This home was everything and more than we could have hoped Surprisingly there were three separate living areas which gave 3 couples their own private living space. The beds were all slightly larger than queen sized beds and very comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated with eclectic furnishings and high end amenities. Sunrise views were enjoyed at the front of the house each morning and sunsets at the back of the house each evening all surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany. The backyard and gardens are breathtaking! This is THAT villa in the Tuscan countryside that you dream about in Italy 🇮🇹 . The owner was so friendly and amazing before during and after our stay. Be sure to take advantage of her knowledge of the area and her recommendations to enjoy hidden gems and take time to explore the towns near the house. Our stay here was the perfect ending to our 10-day visit to Italy and we miss it already 💚🤍❤️

Wow very nice apartment in a gorgeous area! This place is the perfect getaway to Tuscany! I had breakfast every morning with the amazing view on Tuscan landscape which felt magic! Do not hesitate to rent this apartment! There is also a fantastic winery up the road called Cinciano! The view from there is breathtaking! And their wine is soooo good!! We really had a wonderful time at Laura’s!! Thanks Laura and Giuseppe!

The Stone House was gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with amazing views. It was private yet easy to get to many amenities/tuscany towns/wineries nearby. Emanuela and Giovanni were very responsive to our questions and requests. We requested for help to buy a bouquet of flowers to surprise our friend for her birthday on the day we arrive - not only did they take the time to help us buy it, they refused to let us pay for it! it was too cold for us to use the pool but I can imagine how wonderful it would have been if we could have used it. all in all, it was a great place to enjoy a dreamy tuscan holiday.

Words truly fall short in capturing just how incredible our stay at the Airbnb was. Our group of 7 needed a peaceful escape from our hectic daily lives, and this countryside retreat exceeded all expectations. The property and its surrounding area were even more breathtaking. During our stay, we took short day trips to nearby towns and villages (within roughly 1hrs drive) but spent two of our four nights simply enjoying the comfort and beauty of the Airbnb. We had the pleasure of experiencing two home-cooked meals prepared by our wonderful host, Antonella. One evening, freshly made pizzas baked in the garden’s outdoor pizza oven, while the other offered more traditional Italian dishes. It was a heavenly culinary experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and deeply authentie - true “nonna-style” cooking. Antonella herself was an absolute delight—warm, gracious, and genuinely passionate about cooking and sharing her food. The portion sizes were very generous. I can't wait to be back!
