Modena is a beautiful city and this apartment is in the heart of it. Just make sure you are aware of the parking restrictions if you come by car. Modena uses the Bmove App if you want to download it before you arrive.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Check-in was very smooth with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

The location is excellent. Lots of things around the piazza - shops, restaurants and fruit stall. The grocery is about 10 minute walk. When we were there they had a food truck festival and flea market in the piazza which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is close to the train station about 10 minute walk. The stairs didn't bother as much. It was a nice exercise! The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable. The skylight is a nice added touch. We fully recommend this apartment.

Wonderful place, even nicer than the pictures. A more than convenient location for visiting the center of Ferrara. The Host was always present and accompanied us during the stay with continuous messages containing directions and suggestions on parking, things to see, places to eat (from breakfast to dinner). Automatic check-in and check-out were a more than welcome discovery! I can only compliment you on your professionalism.

Very nice hosting by Patrizia and Laura. Super friendly and nice exchange on the rental which is modern and tastefully decorated, surrounded by the gardens of the surrounding houses. Also exchange on Ferrara which is an Italian city of excellence with few foreigners. In a word: great stay, recommended

The apartment is in a quiet and central area, there are shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and by train you can quickly get to both Bologna and Modena. I had a great time, Elisa and her husband were friendly, they waited for me to check in, they provided useful directions and the apartment was impeccable. I highly recommend it!

We chose this apartment because we wanted to be close to Carpi. Soliera is a very quiet place, Alain's house is in front of the park, with a bar, free parking and ample parking under the trees of the park. In addition, the terrace, which at night (during the day it was very hot) is really a great place to share a glass of wine.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
