Modena is a beautiful city and this apartment is in the heart of it. Just make sure you are aware of the parking restrictions if you come by car. Modena uses the Bmove App if you want to download it before you arrive.

The location is excellent. Lots of things around the piazza - shops, restaurants and fruit stall. The grocery is about 10 minute walk. When we were there they had a food truck festival and flea market in the piazza which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is close to the train station about 10 minute walk. The stairs didn't bother as much. It was a nice exercise! The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable. The skylight is a nice added touch. We fully recommend this apartment.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Alloggio stupendo, ancora più bello che nelle foto. Posizione più che comoda per visitare il centro di Ferrara. L'Host è sempre stato presente e ci ha accompagnato nel soggiorno con continui messaggi contenenti indicazioni e suggerimenti su parcheggi, cose da vedere, posti dove mangiare (dalla colazione alla cena). Il check in e il check out automatici sono stati una scoperta più che gradita! Non posso che fare i complimenti per la professionalità.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Wow, this was one of our best stays ever. The apartment is so charming with great decor, comfortable, and situated in an amazing neighborhood. The beds were large and comfortable with AC available in each room. I loved that the kitchen included an induction stove moka pot for enjoying a morning coffee without leaving the house. The hosts accommodated our request for an early check in and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Bologna exceeded our expectations…thank you!

casa carla hat uns gleich begeistert. höchst geschmackvoll und stilsicher möbliert und eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich super wohl gefühlt. Viele hübsche Details mit Liebe ausgewählt. Claudio hat auf unsere anfragen zu Tipps in der Region immer schnell und gut geantwortet. Wir haben 3 Restaurants davon ausprobiert und waren immer total zufrieden. wenn wir in die gegend kommen, und mindestens zu viert sind, werden wir diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder buchen.

Super Wohnung, top hergerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die kleine Terrasse ist ein richtiger kleines "Hideaway"! Lage in Ferrara absolut Top, alles fußläufig erreichbar- oder mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern, dem Nummer 1 Verkehrsmittel in Ferrara. Dennoch ruhig in kleiner Nebenstraße. Ferrara ist absolut empfehlenswert, echt italienisch, wenig touristisch. Absolut relaxed.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement au calme (c'est vraiment appréciable de ne pas entendre le bruit des voitures et de prendre le petit déjeuner dans le jardin en toute tranquillité), très bien équipé, d'une propreté impeccable et confortable (en particulier le lit). Nous avons eu un problème de connexion avec la télévision et Evelyn a tout fait pour y remédier. Le 1er soir, nous avons apprécié être accueillis par une bonne bouteille. Le logement est parfaitement situé pour visiter Bologne, Modène etc Nous recommandons ce logement.

Ho alloggiato qui per una sola notte e la casa si trova in una zona tranquilla con parcheggio privato e facile raggiungere. Giovanni è stato un host genitilissimo e immediato nelle risposte ad ogni mia richiesta fatta. Check-in e check out comodi e veloci grazie alla possibilità di effettuarli in autonomia. La casa è pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliato!!

L'appartamento era perfetto. Non ho mai trovato un appartamento più pulito o più perfetto. I letti erano comodi, il bagno era grande e pulito, il wifi ha funzionato senza problema, ecc.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
