Vacation rentals with a home theater in San Diego Bay

Great spot if you want to be super walkable with all the amazing stuff that Hillcrest has to offer. One block from Balboa Park is unbeatable. Super nice apartment, wonderful hosts.

I had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What really made the experience stand out was the Jorge's attentiveness. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in to ensure we were comfortable. It’s clear he really cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing stay.

This place was amazing. The location and the view was to die for and at night this place comes alive with many bars and restaurants about 1 block away. The lights and the mirrors are a well added bonus iykyk lol. But I would definitely stay here again. The host were amazing and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner with no issues. .

Good location if you want to get away from the busyness of the downtown area, yet still be downtown within walking distance. There is a nice big park with lots of food stands nearby and the host was very attentive and there is a manager that is on the property that is very helpful all the time. overall a great stay for the price.

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay at Nina’s. So much for the kids to do, from the outside equipment, to the basketball hoop and swing, to board games and books, and the playground down the road. Easy access to I-5 to get downtown or north to Legoland. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderfully spacious home, located in a very nice neighborhood. The hosts are top notch, too!

We loved the house. Myself and 3 work colleagues shared it for a business trip. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of privacy. The valley and ocean views were amazing. We had a few friends over for dinner one night, and it was a great place to entertain. We had everything we needed, everything worked, and the kitchen and bbq were a joy to use. We found some good restaurants nearby, and downtown SD was a short uber ride a way. Next time we are in San Diego I know where we will be staying.

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

Socratex was an amazing host. He happened to be on-site when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around the property. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the projector that is set up on the downstairs patio because we couldn't make it past the couch. That couch is huge and sooo comfortable. The home smelled so good and was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and beds. I also appreciated the large supply of extra towels, linens and blankets. A lot of airb&b's don't have a large supply. I would 100% stay here any time I am back in San Diego.

Great location within walking distance to Del Mar, beach, parks, etc. We were traveling to visit family with our four year old and this house was perfect, we would 100% stay here again.

Great location with get amenities! Perfect for a family or a group get together. Lovely pool and backyard and fun game room. We played the best game of Jenga that I can remember

We had to travel to Tijuana for a consulate appointment. We were a bit worried to travel, but this place felt and made us feel like at home, very secured. The house is fully equipped and spacious. There was a TV in each room, which made everybody happy and it included games we all had something to do. The patio was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!!!
