We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

From the windows of the apartment, on the second floor, you can admire the surrounding landscape from Monte San Vito, the gaze passes towards the Penna di Lucchio, the Towers of Popiglio up to the unmistakable peaks of the Open Book.
